This home cannot host more than 6 adults, 8 all together if children ages 5 and under are included. This applies 24/7.

You'll never miss out on family time in the open-concept great room. With a comfy couch and loveseat that seats 5, plus 2 extra bean bag chairs near the fireplace, your whole crew can enjoy streaming a movie on the 55" Smart TV after a day on the slopes or the lake. Our favorite feature? The ski lift chair.

The gourmet kitchen boasts beautiful tile work and white stone slab countertops. Two bar chairs at the kitchen island are great for visiting. The dining area is steps away and seats 6, perfect for a family dinner.

When it's time to turn in, the primary bedroom with a king bed will sweep you off your feet. Enjoy a late-night movie on the Smart TV and wake up with the sunrise peeping through the curtains covering the sliding glass doors to the deck. The ensuite bathroom features a spacious walk-in shower. BD 2 and BD 3 both have two comfy queen beds (4 queen beds total) and share the hallway bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

Skiing is 4 miles to Heavenly Resort and 12 miles to Sierra at Tahoe. Rent an SUP or kayak at Lakeview Commons, a beautiful beach just 3 miles down the hill. Casinos at Stateline are all just 4 miles away — try your luck at the game tables or catch a great musical act.

Property and Booking Information:
We manage several nearby homes, so if you are planning for a larger group, we may be able to coordinate multiple properties. Once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive a rental agreement for signature. The home will be stocked with a starter supply of essentials, including soaps, paper products, and one set of linens and towels. For longer stays, guests may wish to bring or purchase additional supplies and use the in-home laundry. During winter months, a 4x4, AWD, or chains on your vehicle is strongly recommended due to mountain roads and winter conditions.

House Rules:
1-2 dogs allowed w/ pre-approval. No other animals allowed. Bring your own crate if you plan to leave a dog unattended. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or in/on beds. Any barking or behavior that bothers neighbors is not allowed. You will be responsible for extra cleaning charges for hair on furniture, pet stains, dog droppings and any damage caused by dog(s).
NoiseAware monitors decibel levels in living areas and outside in a privacy-compliant way to protect you from noise complaints.
This home may have security cameras to ensure parking does not exceed legal requirements. No video security devices are permitted inside the home.
