During the snowy months, thrilling winter recreation opportunities can be indulged in at Monument Peak, Spooner Summit Snow Play Area, Heavenly Mountain Resort - California Lodge, and Kirkwood Mountain Resort.

After a day filled with brand-new adventures, sit back and warm up in front of the heat of the wood-burning fireplace. The home's wood-lined living room is the ideal spot for movie viewings and board game nights. The adjacent kitchen is full of vintage charm and presents a pleasant space to play chef. When mealtime rolls around, dine as a family at the in-kitchen dining table or dine al fresco in the home's enclosed yard.

With four bedrooms to choose from, rest assured that there is more than enough space for your family to get comfortable in. Additional perks like a private washer/dryer and cozy linens round out the retreat's creature comforts.

In the enclosed backyard, enjoy visiting with your favorite people on the spacious, fully-furnished deck or on the circular detached deck equipped with Adirondack chairs.

All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Guests staying at a South Lake Tahoe rental must adhere to all City Ordinances. In addition to noise, trash disposal, and parking rules, maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded under any circumstance. Fines of up to $2000 will be imposed by The City of South Lake Tahoe, without warning, for any violations.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
