This home cannot host more than 8 people, children included. This applies 24/7.

The location provides easy access to the forest for great hiking, yet is conveniently located near shopping, groceries, and restaurants. A short 15-minute drive to the casinos, the Truckee River for rafting, or beaches of Lake Tahoe.

Pets: 1-2 dogs allowed w/ pre-approval, additional fee required. No other animals allowed. Bring a crate if you plan to leave a dog unattended. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or in/on beds. Any barking or behavior that bothers neighbors is not allowed. You will be responsible for extra cleaning charges for hair on furniture, pet stains, dog droppings, and any damage caused by dog(s).

No smoking/vaping on the property (inside or outside).
No weddings, events, or bachelor/bachelorette parties.
BBQ's, if provided, may not be available during red flag warnings or extreme winter events.

NoiseAware monitors decibel levels in a privacy-safe way to protect you from noise complaints.
This home may have security cameras to ensure parking does not exceed legal requirements. No indoor surveillance is used.
