With nearly 5,000 square feet of living space, there’s room for everyone to gather or slip away for quiet relaxation. Multiple living areas provide plenty of space to unwind, while a bright sunroom opens to an expansive deck with lounge chairs, al fresco dining, and a gas fire table.

Kids (and kids at heart) will love splashing in the private above-ground pool after a game of cornhole, spike ball, or other provided yard games. The spacious yard also has a large firepit to gather around for s'mores or star watching. Inside, the gourmet kitchen brings everyone together, offering seating at the island, dining table, and a formal dining room.

In just a quick 3-minute drive, you’ll reach Kids Corner Park and the Blue Stairs beach access at South Beach. From there, enjoy the charm of downtown South Haven with its boutique shops, diverse dining, farmers market, and lively festivals.

House Rules and Policies
- Maximum Occupancy is 16 people
- No smoking
- No events, parties, or large gatherings
- Must be at least 25 years old to book
- Additional fees and taxes may apply
- NOTE: The manager has multiple homes in the area should you need more space for your large group
- NOTE: There is an external camera located at the front door and a decibel monitoring sensor located on the outside of the home.

PAYMENT TERMS:
25% of the rental fee is due at booking, the remaining 75% is due 90 days before the check-in date
