If you enjoy views, this is the place for you. Whether is is the views of beautiful Lake Michigan, or famous North Beach and their incredible beach volleyball tournaments, or a nice peaceful view of the courtyard area and pool, this place has the " it" factor for anyone and everyone!

INSIDE THE HOME:

This is a 2 bedroom 2 bath upscale condo. Enter through the garage into the lower level space, Here you will find a sitting/gathering area with a sleeper sofa . Walk up to the Main level of the condo and you will find the open concept living room/ kitchen area. This is where you will find the first balcony with the perfect views of the lake and pool area. Go up one more level and this is where the bedrooms are located. One with a king bed and 1 with a queen.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:

Bedroom 1: 3rd level with king
Bedroom 2: 3rd level with queen
Common area 1: Lower level with sleeper sofa and main level with sleeper sofa

OUTDOOR SPACE:

Enjoy 3 different private decks. First one on main level overlooking the pool and lake, and the second one is in the primary bedroom on the same side as the main level deck. The third deck is off the second bedroom with great views of the lake as well. Heated pool just steps away from the back patio.

THE LOCATION:

Have we mentioned this part yet? The location is one of the most sought after in all of South Haven, due to the proximity to the beaches, piers, lighthouses, views, Snack shack, coffee shop, park, museum, or everything else you come to South Haven to see and do. You can literally walk everywhere from here.
