This wonderful condo in South Haven is a spacious retreat for guests looking to unwind and relax. With 3 bedrooms including a king, queen, bunk, full, and 2 twin beds, there's plenty of space for everyone to get a good night's sleep. The property also features 2.5 bathrooms, with the full baths equipped with a hair dryer, towels, soaps, and shampoo. Make your holiday one for the books with a stay at our place. Our gorgeous loft-style condo offers the best in-building amenities in South Haven, including pool, hot tub and exercise rooms, 2 movie theaters right across the hall, and a grilling patio. Only 2 blocks from downtown South Haven restaurants and quaint shops, stroll along the riverfront, browse the Farmer's Market, and visit the Center for the Arts. Walk or drive less than .7 miles to the sunny expanse of Lake Michigan at South Beach, with a playground and splash pad for the kids. Visit vineyards, pick blueberries, and bike the Kal-Haven trail! The possibilities for indoor and outdoor adventures are endless!

Loved the location and great space! The only negative is that the master bath does not have a shower. I took a bath with the sprayer. It was fine just took a bit longer than a shower! Amenities are wonderful!

Excellent stay in this condo. We were impressed by the vision and design of using an old high school for condo/apartments. Parking was easy, the unit clean and beds comfortable. Some : A lot of closet space in master. Loved the fact that there was shampoo/conditioner and body soap. Plenty of towels and places to sit and chat. A/C worked great. Pool and hot tub were amazing. Walking distance to downtown and beach. We didn’t get to use the movie theatre, but checked them out and thought this was a clever idea. Wish there was an elevator for hauling up our coolers/bags. I would go back in a heartbeat and will be sure to tell friends about it.

Wonderful Place!

Check in was very easy and the building is beautiful. The extra facilities like pool and hot tub are really great. The condo was clean and the kitchen was great. There is only one traditional shower. The other bathroom is a tub with a hand held so just know that if you have picky guests. I personally loved the tub. Parking is also easy and plentiful and you can walk downtown.

This was a wonderful condo. It was very spacious and comfortable. Everything we needed was available. Check in and check out was seamless. The beds were very comfortable. The cleanliness was superb. Security was awesome. This grandma and grandsons and their mom felt safe the entire time. It’s also an excellent location - within walking distance to downtown and the beach. 15/10!

Great long weekend stay

What an awesome way to reuse an old school building! We enjoyed staying here with all of the amenities and even were able to see the 4th of July parade from the pool patio. We loved being able to walk to most places. We opted to drive to the beach with all of our stuff. If you have a wagon, south beach is walkable. If you ever have plans to sell, our 12 year old son would “live there forever”. Thanks for sharing your place with us!

Weekend getaway

We had a great stay for a long weekend. Pool was excellent and loved the indoor aspect of it for kids to stay out of the sun after a day at the beach. Open doors to patio if someone wanted to lay out was perfect. We used a puzzle that was at a shared nook in the entry to complete during our stay. Residents who lived in the building were very friendly. Beds were extremely comfortable. Received very quick responses to any questions. East walk into town so we never had to worry about parking. No issues during the stay.

Fantastic location

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is so close everything and it was very convenient. My family enjoyed the pool, hot tub, private movie theater, and the gym at Central Lofts. We walked around town and did some shopping, enjoyed dinner, hit the ice cream parlor, and even had a blast at the arcade. We couldn’t have asked for better weather at the beach during our trip. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to travel to South Haven.Pros: Plenty of space, comfortable beds, clean, towels for beach and pool provided, location, indoor pool/hot tub, private theater for dvds/streaming services, gymCons: No TVs in two of the bedrooms (including main suite), no curtains (only blinds) in master suite and was extremely bright at 6AMGood to know: There is no elevator for the building

Lovely condo close to so much of what South Haven has to offer! Two adults and two twelve-year-olds had a wonderful stay. Prompt communication and assistance as needed from the owners made for a smooth experience.
