Our Newer Home is loaded with features:
First feature being COMFORT: Beds for EVERYONE- Home sleeps 12 all in beds- no one gets stuck on the couch. A huge walk in slate tiled master shower. 600 thread count sheets for King/Queen beds. Cozy enclosed back porch, central air conditioning and CLEAN. Comfortable over sized living room couch. Enjoy Outdoor comfort with plenty of deck furniture seating in front AND back! Fire pit, basketball hoop and swing set.

Second feature being CONVENIENCE: The house was built with the concept of what rental families would need for a perfect summer getaway. Therefore, we put 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom upstairs and 2 bedrooms and full bathroom on the main level. Perfect for 2 families or one large family! We have one king bed, two queen beds, six twin beds(bunks). All bed linens are provided. If that is not enough convenience- we added an upstairs refrigerator and vanity/sink in the master bedroom!

Each bedroom with TV/DVD player and large collection of DVDs. The bedroom with 2 sets of bunks (4 twin beds) has a PS2 system and games, kids will love it! They will also enjoy the multiple board games available. The living room has a 55 inch flat screen TV with a Blue Ray DVD player that allows you to access your Netflix account or any other app you use! Just sign in to you account for whatever you want to watch!

Everyone loves to be all together on vacation to dine or talk and our open floor plan allows just that. The kitchen, dining, living room and enclosed porch are all open to each other.
The dining/kitchen area seats eleven people! Everyone can enjoy a meal TOGETHER for quality family time!
We also provide the convenience of internet Wi-Fi and washer and dryer.

CONVENIENCES when traveling with young children:
We supply all baby items you may need: High Chair, 2 Portable cribs, Stroller, Booster seat.

OUTDOOR CONVENIENCES: We are only a FIVE MINUTE WALK to Newcome beach and ONE mile to town. North beach is the city's largest and is also about 1 mile away. There are also 4 other smaller public beaches in between. The home is also on a dead end street- allowing low traffic and nice peaceful walks. The large deck has unique patio furniture in fish design that seats nine people. We supply a large collection of hard cover books and if you do not finish your book, feel free to take, compliments of Harper's Haven.
The deck also has a Weber natural gas grill. All grill utensils are supplied. Outdoor heated hand shower to rinse off after a day at the beach. Kids will love the nice sized yard with swing set and. The yard also has a fire pit and we supply the fire wood! We also supply wagon, beach umbrella and four beach chairs to take to the beach.


The third important feature of the home is QUALITY!
We have granite kitchen counter-tops, stainless steel appliances, beautiful teak hardwood floors through out the home. We also have a stocked kitchen down to the electric griddle, crock pot and spices.

When searching for that perfect getaway we also have CHARACTER:
We have a beach theme throughout the home with a one of a kind light up row boat in the living room for a tranquil night light.
The decor in the bathroom was even considered important!
We have a cool concrete beach glass counter-top with vessel sink.
