Americana welcomes you onto a shaded front porch with outdoor seating before you enter into a large foyer area with a bench and plenty of room to store your gear. A concrete parking area offers space for 4 vehicles

A modern kitchen includes a dishwasher, range, microwave, and large fridge with ice and water dispensers. There is also a roomy pantry close by for storing groceries and supplies. The kitchen at Americana is completely stocked for family meals with all the cookware, serving ware, and utensils needed.

Just off the kitchen is a large dining room with a custom built table and benches to fit all 12 of you. There is also a large buffet and a peninsula from the kitchen to make serving a breeze.

Relaxation space in this home is plentiful with 2 living areas; one is up front with large windows facing the street and comfy seating for at least 7, the other is close by and has a flat screen TV and seating for at least 7 as well.

Rounding out the main level, is a large bedroom with a queen bed, quality bedding, double nightstands, a closet, a ceiling fan, and plenty of natural light. Attached is a full bathroom with a tub and shower that also serves as the main bathroom on this main level. Perfect for the family members who don't want to contend with climbing stairs.

Back to the foyer, and you climb the beautiful hardwood staircase to the upper level. At the top of the stairs is a bedroom featuring a queen bed as well as an alcove with a twin trundle bed and plenty of windows. The kids bedroom has 4 comfy twin beds and a third bedroom upstairs has a queen bed and an ensuite bath with shower. All bedrooms feature a closet, quality bedding, a ceiling fan, nightstands with lamps, and plenty of natural light. This level also has an additional full shared bath with tub and shower as well as the full size laundry.

Step outside and be welcomed by the shady patio area with a gas grill, propane provided, and two alfresco dining tables and 8 chairs, additional bag chairs as well. The grassy yard is large enough for yard games and room for the family dog to stretch his legs. Enjoy evening campfires around the fire pit with bag chairs for both big and small. The yard offers a lot of privacy with tall fencing on 3 sides.

When it's time to head to the beach, we have you covered with 6+ beach chairs, 2 coolers including one with wheels, a folding beach wagon, a couple of umbrellas, a beach table in a bag, and some sand toys.
