"The man who checked us in was pleasant and kind. He had to deal with a man who was lingering outside the hotel & kept coming in. The area around the hotel didn't feel the safest. Our room was loud, we could hear music from the casino close by, doors constantly slamming and I don't know if it was a car backfiring or gun shots that we heard a few times. "Perfect location and comfortable beds however this hotel needs a lot of updating. We had to change rooms 3 times. First room smelled of cigarettes, 2nd room had a pipe burst in ceiling. Then they moved us to a suite but it did not have a king size bed and balcony which is what we booked. The lobby was warm with 2 bags fans to move air around. It's unfortunate because with this location it has a ton of potential"

"We have stayed at 5 star hotels and this place was as nice as those. Staff was friendly and nice as well. It was like a brand new hotel. The only negative thing I could complain about was the breakfast was the same each day. It was great but I love bacon and sausage was served every day. But the yogurt machine with fresh fruits was delicious."

"Valet parking only, had to remove bags before checking in and then finding out our room, in a building three blocks away, was not ready. Our bags were placed in a room behind the desk. Told that we would be texted when the room was ready, we walked around town for over an hour. No text so we returned and were told our room was ready. Grabbed a cart and loaded luggage for three-block hike. "

"The breakfast had a nice variety. Property was clean. However, the room had broken blinds so you couldnt get any natural light in room. There were no cups/coffee in room to make your own. There was no blow dryer or clock in room. At $200 a night, you would think there should be more amenities. I reported the issues and staff didnt seem to care. It would be nice to receive a credit back. "
