"We enjoyed our stay! Bed was very comfortable and we slept well. There was a fireplace in our room which was an unexpected treat. The staff was very welcoming and made us delicious breakfast burriots/bowls. This is an old house - at least 110 years old, updated but with the expected older windows frames, plumbing, etc. We didn't mind though. Will be back next time through Fort Bragg!"

"Don’t miss this one!!! What a treat. Very comfortable beds, wonderful amenities, complimentary breakfast delivered to your room so you can sit and enjoy the chickens out your window while you cozy up next to the fireplace! "The Headlands Inn has an ideal location; close to downtown, the coastal beach area, and fine dining. John welcomed us and helped answer several questions during our stay. "What an amazing find! Great layout so pretty much everyone gets a view - common area is perfect for beach gazing and sunsets. Check in process was easy and the staff very responsive and helpful. Make sure you have everything you might need because it’s not close to stores (I consider that a huge plus) I can’t wait to stay here again!!! "

I have been staying at this hotel for years when I go on mushroom foraging trips. I even had a nice forest view this time. I highly recommend this place for Mendocino coast visits."
