"I was told at 9PM that a shuttle at 5:15AM to the airport for a 7 AM flight was not a problem, but at 5 AM I was informed by the front desk the shuttles didn’t start till 6, which would have made my trip unsalable.on top of the 6 AM info the front desk made no effort to get me transportation. A couple in the lobby heard the exchange and offered to let me share their Lyft car. Had they not been there I would have most likely missed my flight.
I have been a Hilton member for many years and this...

"I am really upset with the condition the pool and hot tub were.. I had a bad day at work. I hurt my back so I looked around for a hotel with a hot tub. I called to confirm the hot tub was open. Unfortunately when we arrived the pool and hot tub were disgusting. There were floating dead bugs in the hot tub."

"Checking in was a long process wait. The room was clean. At midnight the smoke detector battery went and kept me and my elderly mom up. The front desk man pulled it out of the ceiling. I went to put on the heat and it smelled of smoke, My mom and I decided it would not be safe for us to stay in the room without a working smoke detector. Outside my window was a pack of cigarettes and a plant. Anyone could of started a fire and without a working smoke detector could be very bad."

"My complaint is that I had called 2 weeks ahead of our arrival date to request that we have our 2 rooms adjoined because we had a group of kids for a birthday trip. I was told that was no problem. When we checked in, our rooms were on different floors! Not even close to eachother! When I explained I was supposed to have adjoining rooms, we were told that they can't guarantee that. Kinda put a damper on our birthday trip and I most likely would have booked elsewhere had I been told from the...

"All the staff we interacted with were great! We were a late arrival and even in the wee hours we received a pleasant welcome.
The room had a newly re-done bathroom that looked good but so little water came from the shower that it was hard to get rinsed.
The carpet in our room was torn and dirty.
The continental breakfast was available, but very basic.
Parking was adequate."
