  • This home sleeps 11-13 at the most comfortably. It has 3 levels and a guest area with it's own entrance, kitchen/living room , full bathroom and bedroom with a Queen bed. Also it's own stack able washer & dryer.
    The home has accommodated many wedding parties, golf outings, off season girls weekends for shopping & fairs. Family reunions enjoy the house most! There is plenty of room to roam . It caters to children providing amenities geared to them . Outside there is a swing set, sandbox, tree house and cozy coups for the young ones. The house provides games, movies and a list of things to do around Cape Cod during your stay. The yard also has tables and chairs, umbrella, grill, lighting on the deck as well as Tiki Torches. The kitchen is well equipped and all Beach & Baby equipment is also provided. At most parking is for 7 cars.

A great place for extended family get-together

A large house with lots of nooks and crannies, with a quiet, secluded back yard with a play area for young children and a lovely pagoda. The location is in a quiet neighbor hood a short drive from beaches and an easy walk to an ice cream shop. We loved the place.

Great family house

We stayed with our 3 adult children and their families. The house is so roomy and has everything you could possibly want and need. Plenty of rooms and a great playroom for the kids. The location is close to beaches and shops. I would highly recommend.

Great Place!!

This house is super eclectic, and the area is absolutely lovely. It feels like it has such great character. It's only about a five-minute drive to the beach, so this Cape Cod area is very accessible. The owner was extremely friendly, and the check-in process was so smooth. My family and I had a great time!!

Amazing Family Reunion

This property is spectacular. The pictures do not do this property justice. Tons of room for a three generation family reunion. Full finished basement with toys and tv for the little ones. Immaculate landscaped backyard with swings and toys. Brand new flattop grill. Tons of beach chairs and toys for kids. Multiple fridges and a washer&dryer. We found everything we would need & then some. Will definitely be booking again.

Great location but the place has very obvious mold smell.

The place was nice. We are allowed to check-in at 2 pm instead of previously mentioned 3pm. The place is huge and is at a great location. However the basement was unlivable it had very strong mold smell. The sheets, covers also had a pungent smell. We were provided with a lot of towels though were asked to start a wash load night before? I am not sure if we were expected to not shower the day of check out.

Wonderful house!

We have stayed in many VRBO's in the US, Europe and South America and this was the absolutely best stocked house. The descriptions and pictures online are accurate. Louise (the owner) was very responsive to our needs. We had a minor issue with the AC one evening and the handyman showed up to repair it within 15 minutes. We were 8 adults in the house and had plenty of room for all. We entertained other family members who were on the Cape in the beautiful backyard. If we return to the Cape I hope this house will be available. Thanks Louise for your hospitality!

Great place to gather with small children

Very well stocked with children’s toys and great basement space. The yard was wonderful - we just had bad weather over Thanksgiving and did not get to utilize it. The basement was perfect play space. The house is well stocked both in terms of kitchen items and linens. Definitely made it an easy trip for us to not lug so much kid stuff with us. And the owner was so nice and accommodating.

Great house for a large group

The house was great for the weekend. It sleeps a lot of people and the in-law suite is very nicely refinished. The house could use a lot of maintenance and updating, but it did the trick for the weekend. The checkout checklist could use some work. The expectation of washing towels, folding and putting them away 1 or 2 nights before you leave is wishful thinking and doesn’t take into account the people who like to shower in the mornings before checkout. Overall the house worked out well and the price was very reasonable.

A PERFECT WEEKEND

We had to cancel our trip to Bayside last year, so were glad to be able to rebook the same for this Sept. Our family of 10 found space for each one to enjoy separately or together. Fully stocked everything, easy access to anything, and since we spent most of our time off property at a weekend memorial gathering, were happy to spend quiet time at the house. Thank you Louise!!!

Great home for a family visit to the Cape,

Our 3-generation family of six adults and four children, ages two through 77, had a wonderful time at this large, well located home in South Dennis. The house is quirky and a bit of a hodgepodge but it all works and provides a sense of character. Not for someone looking for a Hilton or Ritz-Carlton The landscaping is gorgeous and adds a sense of delight to this charming property. Louise is a wonderful host—very responsive to our questions and requests.

Very dilapidated. Outdoor shower to mildewed for use. Grill had to be replaced when we arrived. Garbage left all over the yard. The house was a mish mosh of what looked like old tag sale items. Especially the kitchen cabinets. The downstairs looked like it had once been a daycare and all the plastic toys were dirty and some even had black mold!

Family wedding stay

Our party consisted of four couples - all family - to attend a family wedding in So. Dennis. The location was perfect, and the home had all the essential features and room that we needed for our comfort - both indoors and outdoors. All our interactions with the property owner were positive. Beautiful property

I had my wedding at this rental it was lovely , small and intimate 20 family members , the house and outside was more than accommodated for all of us plenty of space and back yard clean and beautiful greenery..the property owner was very helpful and kind ..and thoughtful she even helps with extra stuff for my special day...I was even more grateful for the early check in and late check out times...my only pros was neighbor call cops in middle of my wedding ceremony around 2pm in daytime about music ...which the cops didn't say it was disturbing..over all i would recommend and will definitely stay again ...but tiny bit of sound upset neighbor..
