  • Afortunadamente, Bimini se salvó de los daños causados por el reciente huracán que afecta al norte de Bahamas.
    Este nuevo Port Royale de 1680 pies cuadrados de alquiler en un canal está a minutos de la corriente del golfo de aguas azules, y a pocos pasos de una de las playas más hermosas de Bimini.
    El atraque está incluido en el precio y un carrito de golf para seis pasajeros está disponible por $ 50 por día
    La tarifa de alquiler es de $ 500 por día, mínimo de tres días, $ 3000 por semana. Las vacaciones son de $ 3500 por semana. Los niños son bienvenidos, no se admiten mascotas.
    Las actividades locales incluyen un casino en la isla norte, playas, langostas, snorkel, pesca, natación con delfines y kayak.

Had a wonderful stay Phil’s beautiful home in South Bimini. The house was comfortable and perfectly located. Huge thanks to the house manager, Jason, who was incredibly helpful and made everything easy. Highly recommend!

Group of seven boys celebrating my son‘s bachelor party. We arrived by Bow and the location was excellent with the private dock.The house was great golf carts on site for an extra fee. Super convenient. Location was perfect short boat ride to bars and restaurants. Definitely recommend.

Paradise

A beautiful island and when you arrive all your troubles seem to melt away! The homeowner(Phil) and property manager(Jason) ensured we had all we needed for a worry free trip! The home had all we needed for this vacation! Cannot wait to stay here again!

Check-in is seamless. Jason is a five star property manager kitchen is fully stocked with kitchen utilities and bbq grill was ready to use.

Great Stay

The property was as advertised. Great house and great dock for the boat. It was our first trip to Bimini and we did not know what to expect. Owner was great and property manager was very helpful. I recommend!

Excellent Bimini Trip

Stayed here for a week in July. House is great. Phil and his property manager are always available if you need anything. Also there is a 50lb a day ice maker that really comes in handy.

Perfect stay

Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in south Bimini. The house was everything it was made out to be and more. Plenty of room, easy access from the boat to the house. Ice machine was wonderful, along with the other appliances the home had to offer. I wouldn’t consider staying elsewhere.

Absolute dream vacay

We trailered our boat down to Dania beach and took it across to Bimini, whole process was super easy getting through customs checking in all went smoothly. The house is super convenient pulled right up to the wonderful dock carried our stuff right up, before we even got everything in jason the property manager was already checking in to answer any questions we had. we will definitely be coming back!

Great house- perfect for our quick getaway!

We came by boat, and the house was easy to reach. It was such a relaxing trip, and it was nice to have a huge dining room table for meals. The extra large washer and dryer was great for cleaning our beach towels. We usually took excursions by boat, but we used the golf cart to go to the beach one day. I definitely recommend this property.

BEST HOST EVER

This property is owned by the best guy you will ever meet. He was like a Dad who made sure we were completely taken care of. He is warm and inviting and was willing to go to many many lengths to assure we have the best stay possible. We will be back many times over and have referred him to all of our friends that travel to Bimini

Another Awesome trip

We stayed at Casa Desantis agin this year just as we did last year the same time. Phil Desantis and Jason are awesome to work with. The house is absolutely beautiful and has everything you could ever need or wish for. The dock is perfect for several boats if needed We had numerous storms roll through this time and the canal were the house is located kept our boat safe and never had any concerns with it getting damaged. We highly recommend Cara Desantis for your Bimini stay

What a trip

For anyone looking to for an awesome vacation with the most beautiful house on South Bimini look no further than Conch Heaven! This house exceeded our expectations with all the amenity. The owner Phillip Desantis was great to work with and very helpful when we had any questions. He gave us in sight on things to do while we where there and the house had everything you could wish for. We would highly recommend Conch Heaven without hesitation. We are already planning a return visit to the same place

Extremely responsive

Our group had such a great time. Phil and Jason were so responsive, kind, and helpful. The pictures of the interior don't do it justice. The flow through between the living room and kitchen were wonderful for our group. The bedrooms were very spacious. The ice maker wasn't working for us, but Jason tried everything he could to fix it. The dock was great for our boat. We will definitely be back. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!!

Nice House on South Bimini

Prior to arriving, the communication from the house owner was great. He gave us information about the house and information about Bimini in general including checking in process. He was very flexible with us with arriving and departing. When we arrived we met Jason, the property manager, who was very nice and accommodating. The house itself is very beautiful and clean. It has as very large open area with the kitchen, dining room and TV area which was ideal for cooking and entertaining. The house was very well equipped even with a small ice maker. It has a very large dock which can easily fit a couple 30' boats. We had a great time and am very pleased with the accommodations! I am sure we will return in the near future.
