"The rooms are clean and functional. The beds are relatively comfortable. There's nothing luxurious, but at the same time, the basics work well. The room included a sink, refrigerator, and microwave. The water pressure was good in the shower, and the towels were bigger and softer than some other budget hotels. For our purposes, the location was convenient and easy to get to. Check-in was a breeze."

"The breakfast options were not very appealing. More hot food options would be nice-eggs, bacon, sausage, etc. They do offer instant oatmeal and waffles along with plain bagel, & white bread. Cream cheese, butter/margarine and jelly are also available. I expected to find peanut butter also but it wasn’t available."

"Early checking is available if a room is ready. The front desk staff are extremely helpful in providing suggestions if needed. The breakfast staff is more than accommodating. Their pleasant smile makes your day start perfectly. Highly recommend staying at this lication."

"Didn't have towels, conditioner, lotion or hair dryer. Phone didnt work to call front desk. Had to go get the towels. Hair dryer had to be located and was to be brought to the room...front desk forgot what room # so never received the hair dryer."

"The room walls were painted black that way you can’t notice the terrible condition of the room including furniture,a terrible smell and as soon as we got in I uncovered the beds and the sheets were stained dirty and we found hairs , walked out immediately,as a difference I stayed on one super 8 in Webster,Tx and it was impressive clean,that’s why I booked in one of those in Nebraska,receptionist was rude and refused to help me out with this bad experience,they need to change the pictures they...

"No where did it mention there was construction. I was put in a room with blind parts still in the couch, drywall dust and spackling all over, not one towel bar hanger or toilet paper holder, tv didn’t work….disgusting. When I spoke with the manager about some kind of refund, he offered $20 (of the $167), but then because I booked through a third party, I’d have to call them. He said “the construction is listed in the small print”, which I’ve since canvassed and can find NO WHERE. Not impressed."
