  • Esta casa de estilo bungalow muy grande fue diseñada exclusivamente para alquileres de fin de semana, sin artículos personales, esta casa se siente más como una villa de hotel de resort que quedarse en la casa de un extraño. Todos los muebles nuevos, electrodomésticos, ropa de cama y comodidades.

    Gran parque al otro lado de la calle de la casa cuenta con canchas de tenis y baloncesto, parque infantil, fuente de agua, parrillas y refugio de picnic. A wonderful property for our family of seven. Centrally located so we could walk everywhere. We especially enjoyed the patio and fire table during our stay. Wonderful memories made!

The exterior of the property was well cared for, with plenty of parking. The proximity to ND's campus and the community park across the street were appealing aspects of this rental. The inside of the house was bright, clean, and well appointed. The kitchen was very well equipped, and even included a Keurig coffee machine and K cups. The separate living and dining areas allowed us to spread out. The beds were comfortable. The lower level offered additional living space, and was bright and clean. The Host was terrific to work with. He was very responsive and flexible. We would stay again.

Lovely weekend in South Bend to attend a friends wedding. Two families shared the house for the weekend - it was well appointed with plenty of room for everyone. Great proximity to the University and other wedding events.

Football Weekend

Excellent location for Notre Dame visit. Neighbor is nice and short distance from campus/stadium. Home is clean and well stocked. Lots of space. We had a great weekend. Thank you, Bill.

Excellent home and host!

Property was very clean, warm and welcoming. Beds were comfortable, and kitchen was well stocked. Bathrooms were clean and updated. Living room areas were perfect for entertaining. Property manager was readily available, responded promptly with any questions or concerns and made sure everything was all set for our stay. The location was great, a short walk to campus and campus shops/bars/restaurants. The house was in a very quiet neighborhood, nice.front yard and porch, and relaxing backyard. I highly recommend both the host and the home!

Fantastic home, great owner

Had a wonderful stay at Bill’s home. Very clean, well appointed, room for 14 adults. (With the help of some air mattresses!). Bedding and linens were very good quality. Kitchen has everything you need. Enjoyed sitting around the fire in the backyard, extra propane tank came in handy. Easily walkable to campus, ample parking. Bill was terrific and immediately responsive throughout the process. Hoping to stay again next season.

Great home and great host!!!

DO NOT hesitate to book this wonderful home. The size of the home was perfect for 2 families and could have even fit a few more people. The back yard was amazing and the firepit was a wonderful place to hang out after exploring ND. Easy walk to Eddy Street and the Notre Dame campus. Everything was really clean in the home and our host was so kind, even providing a bottle of wine upon check in. Check in was super easy and the guide book for the house was easy to understand. Thanks Bill for an amazing stay! We cant wait to come back! Go Irish!

Wonderful house!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was an older home that had been completely remodeled, and was just the perfect place for our family! The beds were new and very comfortable, with wonderful bedding! The beautiful kitchen was appointed with everything you could need to cook, or just have drinks and snacks! All of the furniture was beautiful and very comfortable! It was cold, so we never got to use the firepit and outdoor furniture, but it looked very nice and fun! Bill was a wonderful host and even texted me back (from out of town where he was on vacation) when we were having a little issue with the WiFi. Wonderful house to stay in and we totally enjoyed our stay in SB for a family wedding!

Wedding at Basilica guests

This place was PERFECT! We assisted our grandchildren (ages 3,5,7,9) to participate in a wedding at the Basilica. This house could not have had a better layout for us! We put the children downstairs in the 2 queen bedroom and let them play and watch tv in the spacious basement area. Yard set up for entertainment and relaxation! Owner has thought of everything, even umbrellas in a closet for rainy days. Location was simply the best! Close to everything! Adult beds were comfortable and clean! Photos are accurate, layout is great for gatherings. Highly recommend this place for anything that brings you to South Bend!

Walk to ND. Great comfy place.

This house is very comfortable and convenient. It was super clean and well stocked with everything we needed, kitchen, bathrooms, and even games for outside. We had 6 adults, age 20's to 60's. One 3yo and one 18month old. Everyone had their own space. It's directly across the street from a beautiful park and playground which was perfect for the kids. The front porch is delightful, as well as the backyard patio. The neighborhood is calm and pleasant. It's less than a mile to campus, and even closer to bars, restaurants, and groceries. We had one minor problem during our stay and Bill instructed us how to correct it, with an extremely fast response time. We were in town for a wedding. Now, just hoping to find an excuse to come back and stay again. Every adult in our group has had multiple different rental house experiences and all of us give this our Highest recommendations!!
