Located close to the University of Notre Dame (about 1.5 miles) and downtown South Bend. Small but comfortable studio apartment (measuring 17' x 13' including bathroom, (220 square feet) perfect for couples visiting the University of Notre Dame or business travelers. Apartment features a smart TV, one queen size bed, kitchenette, table w/2 chair, full bath including other essentials. We do offer discounts for weekly and monthly stays!

Additional house rules
1. Guests will be charged in full for any damage or violations of the house rules below.

2. Guests must be 18+ years of age to make a reservation.

3. All guests must complete HomeStayHQ’s online check-in form to stay with us. This may require a photo of guests’ government-issued ID and personal information to verify their identity and comply with regulatory requirements.

4. Check-in starts at 4 pm. Checkout is at 11 am. Early check-in or late checkout may be requested but is not guaranteed. Guests who stay beyond their designated checkout time or delay our housekeeping staff are liable for any associated costs and expenses.

5. Smoking/Vaping violations are subject to a 250 USD fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, or repair damages. Illegal drugs of any kind are prohibited and not allowed on the property, including Marijuana.

6. Parties, gatherings or events and excessive noise are not allowed, including outside on private balconies, decks, patios or shared spaces, only the guests you listed are allowed on the property. Please respect our neighbors!

7. Do not share access to the property with anyone other than who’s on your guest list.

8. Commercial business work without written consent, illegal activity, and possession of firearms are strictly prohibited.

9. Overnight guests that exceed the number stated in the reservation are not allowed.

10. Pets are not allowed. Violation of our pet policy may result in a fine. We encourage guests with service animals to contact us before their stay.

11. Guests are responsible for covering the cost to replace lost keys, key cards, fobs, or parking passes.


12. Guests take full responsibility for loss, injury, or damage that occur on the premises and its facilities. Guests must report any property damage to customer service. Unreported damages will be charged to the guest’s credit card.

13. Booking a reservation constitutes an agreement to comply with the House Rules. Guests who violate these rules are liable for any associated damages, fees, costs, or expenses and may be removed from the property.

No heat and poor shower

We stayed 2 nights and the heat didn’t work the first night (property manager / owner was responsive in fixing it) and getting hot water out of the shower required turning the wat

Overall the location was good to be able to walk to campus. Although we didnt use the amenities, they would be enough if you needed them. We spent minimal time in the apartment. If we had to stay there more, it would not be desirable. It was a little grungy and there was a funky odor coming from the bathroom. We brought our own towels which was good because the ones provided smelled musty. Overall, this apartment suited our needs for the weekend.

Gameday stay

Location was ideal for going to downtown south bend bars and campus for gameday! Check in and out was smooth. Big enough for us to also bring an air mattress.

Would not stay here again

We were given the code to the wrong room. Had to call the owner to let us in the right room. We walked into an unclean room. The rugs on the floor were dirty. The bathroom was not very clean. We were going to use the dishes in the kitchen but they were dirty. The coffee maker when we poured the water and had a bunch of dirt in the section that the water gets dumped into. The kitchen sink the water is marked backwards hot is cold and cold is hot. The bathroom the shower drain was very slow to drain. We were standing in water by the time we shut the water to get out. The bed the linens to not look very clean. The bed lean to one side. We had one good pillow out of two. The TV did not work like it said on the paperwork. Had to call the owner again. Don’t want to be so negative but we were very disappointed in the room. The good point was that it was a place to sleep and a place to put our belongings.
