Located close to the University of Notre Dame (about 1.5 miles) and downtown South Bend.
Small (17' x 13' or 220 square feet) but comfortable studio apartment perfect for couples visiting the University of Notre Dame or business travelers. Apartment features a smart TV, one queen size bed, one futon, kitchenette, table w/2 chairs and full bath. We supply bed linens, towels, soap, toilet paper, cookware, plates, utensils, coffee maker, microwave, stove and fridge. We do offer discounts for weekly and monthly stays!

Getting Around:
Bus, taxis, Uber and Lyft are all available.

Additional house rules
1. Guests will be charged in full for any damage or violations of the house rules below.

2. Guests must be 18+ years of age to make a reservation.

3. All guests must complete HomeStayHQ’s online check-in form to stay with us. This may require a photo of guests’ government-issued ID and personal information to verify their identity and comply with regulatory requirements.

4. Check-in starts at 4 pm. Checkout is at 11 am. Early check-in or late checkout may be requested but is not guaranteed. Guests who stay beyond their designated checkout time or delay our housekeeping staff are liable for any associated costs and expenses.

5. Smoking/Vaping violations are subject to a 250 USD fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, or repair damages. Illegal drugs of any kind are prohibited and not allowed on the property, including Marijuana.

6. Parties, gatherings or events and excessive noise are not allowed, including outside on private balconies, decks, patios or shared spaces, only the guests you listed are allowed on the property. Please respect our neighbors!

7. Do not share access to the property with anyone other than who’s on your guest list.

8. Commercial business work without written consent, illegal activity, and possession of firearms are strictly prohibited.

9. Overnight guests that exceed the number stated in the reservation are not allowed.

10. Pets are not allowed. Violation of our pet policy may result in a fine. We encourage guests with service animals to contact us before their stay.

11. Guests are responsible for covering the cost to replace lost keys, key cards, fobs, or parking passes.


12. Guests take full responsibility for loss, injury, or damage that occur on the premises and its facilities. Guests must report any property damage to customer service. Unreported damages will be charged to the guest’s credit card.

13. Booking a reservation constitutes an agreement to comply with the House Rules. Guests who violate these rules are liable for any associated damages, fees, costs, or expenses and may be removed from the property.

Pretty good overall

It was a nice little place, I stayed there while I got accustomed for college. The place is right next to an apartment with a lot of college kids so there were some nights they were up partying but if you stay during times where college is out then it should be just fine.

Mostly as advertised

More suitable for a couple to share a bed. Sofa bed isnt functional at all, rails pertruding into your lower back prevents any chance of sleeping soundly. Having said that, it was clean and location was great.

Small apartment close to ND

Doug was very responsive. The property was adequate for our needs. The unit was not 100% done with renovations (areas needing painting, blinds need to be reworked, some basics missing) but we needed a place close to ND and the price was right.
