Stayed here with family for a Notre Dame game. Very close to campus. Extremely clean & spacious. Grocery shopping nearby. Easy check-in. It was like staying in a luxury hotel!! Would stay again!!

This house and property are amazing. Love the location and subdivision.House is very clean and well maintained.I would suggest bringing your own pillows if you are picky. The provided pillows are very soft and flat. Not a badnthing, but if you do not like that, you can be in for a rough nights sleep.The host is amazing. Super responsive and attentive.If we go back to Southbend, we will be staying at this place again!

Fantastic Fully stocked house near Notre Dame

We stayed 3 nights and were very pleased overall. This is a huge, well equipped house about 10 minutes drive from campus. Relatively new construction and really well equipped. It is a perfect situation to entertain. The communication with the owner was really seamless.

Great home in South Bend, close to ND

Great home for our group of friends. Home just as described. Good communication with owner, who met us for check-in. Quiet neighborhood with a quick out from the south side of Notre Dame after the game, coming across Angela and avoiding all the traffic hassles to the north and east. We weren't even able to take advantage of all the options she had for us: set of bags, fire pit, hot tub(poor weather the first night and late arrival after the the game, but is was clean and hot and ready), fire place. Well stocked kitchen, fridge in the garage for beverages, chilled mugs in the freezer. Would definitely stay again if still an option next year.

Huge, beautiful home

The photos barely did the home justice. Our group of six had more space than we needed to be together and alone in total comfort. There are plenty of spots for eating, lounging, and playing games, both indoors and outdoors. We had a great time.

Home away from home

The home and property were spacious, and beautiful. Would not want for anything, except more time to relax and and enjoy it all. The Host is available to answer any question or concern you may have. Thought this would be a great stay for anyone heading to a Notre Dame game. Plenty of room for a Family or Couples celebrating a life event. Check in and out was easy too. I would love visiting this home again one day.

Best birthday overnight

Beautiful home with thoughtful amenities. I stayed with my husband for a quick getaway. You can’t beat insomnia cookies delivered at midnight while you chat in a hot tub. The deer that came to graze in the yard as the sun came up in the morning were the cherry on top!

Bad rental experience owner was not truthful in her description & has since changed it to10ppl limit

Had family stop by because we were there for a family reunion & say hello. that’s when the owner begins to text me that we had too many cars at the home & I was suspected of having a party. I explained they stop by were leaving shortly. Then she revealed to me the trouble she had with her home. She said it was a limit of 10 ppl. I revealed to her how many of us would be in her home (8 adults, 3 children) assured her there was no party planned. She said ok. Later other family members who were due to stay arrived. later I text owner I felt we were being targeted. She assured me it was her being targeted. 2 wks earlier she agreed to only have 10 ppl with her neighbors. I told her that her description did not state a 10ppl limit it says it sleeps 14. She said she just now went changed it to 10ppl. She had an incident in May & the police were called. I told her it was my birthday was 4 of us over 59 so no parties. I said it was original 6 adults & 3 kids but some had to cancel. So numbers changed. She said everything was fine &happy early birthday. The next day a family member called me said they we’re having trouble with the oven at the home they rented so I said bring the food to me I’ll bake them bring them to the park when I come. My cousin son gave me 4 dishes to bake. He had a 9yr old child with him who wanted to stay & ride to park i said yes. After eating a late breakfast he left I took a shower. I had a text from owner I violated the contract &our stay is canceled. I texted we were not having a party she was welcome to come. She said her neighbors said their ringer had 15 ppl in our home. If she had told me about her troubles I would canceled it. She called the police & we were forced to leave. I asked for a refund because we had no where to go. She has refused to refund my money.

Great stay close to Notre Dame

My family and I recently stayed at this property for graduation weekend. The home is located on a cut-de-sac in a nice, clean, quiet neighborhood. The house had everything we needed during our stay and the property manager was quick to respond to any questions. Would definitely recommend this property and we would definitely stay here again.
