  • Let the surf lure you to Surfside Cottage North, a cozy 2 bedroom, 1 bath ocean front duplex perched on a bluff overlooking the beautiful Pacific! With ocean views from the living room and the deck you will be sure to enjoy the sights, the sounds, and the fresh, salty smell of the sea.

    With the open concept living/dining/kitchen, you will be able to relax after a fun filled day. Slide open the door to the deck and enjoy the outdoors, the view, and the surfside swells during those long summer days. Even the winter storms can be fun to watch as they blow in from the sea, steered by the jet stream, they flow like a meandering river of air. Watch for whales, birds, seals, and sea lions while grilling up your favorite catch of the day. One bedroom has comfy queen bed and one a full bed. They both share a bath in the hall. This is a duplex so if you need more room for family and friends, reserve Surfside Cottage South. While this is ocean front with wonderful views, the beach access is a short drive either north or south of the home.

    Surfside Cottage North is the perfect jumping off point to any part of the Central Oregon Coast you plan to enjoy. Bring your kayaks and standup paddleboards because this home is a short 2-minute drive south to Brian Booth State Park and the gorgeous Beaver Creek area, popular for paddle sports and wildlife viewing. You are just a short drive to Newport where you can visit the Oregon Coast Aquarium, Yaquina Head Lighthouse, or walk along a working bayfront and enjoy fresh seafood either cooked to perfection onsite or bought off a boat for you to prepare at home.

    Sleeps up to 4 - 2 Bedrooms, 1 Queen bed, 1 Full bed, 1 full bath.
    Vehicles: Licensed for 2 (Strictly enforced)
    Standard: 2 night minimum; Summer & Holidays: 3-4 night minimum.

    Age Requirement: The primary registered guest must be at least 26 years of age. The majority of guests must be over 25, or children under adult supervision.

    This home does not allow cat guests or other non-human, non-canine visitors. Dogs are welcome at this home but must be registered in advance and paid prior to arrival. This home has a 2-dog maximum occupancy! Pet Guests: One time $35+tax fee per dog. Pet fees are not included in the original reservation.

Clean with great view. The shower is quite dated, but functional. Great to be able to bring my dogs. Beds comfortable. I do wish there was beach access without having to drive somewhere. Overall we had a great stay.

Beautiful views and clean but well used site. It was also a little difficult to actually get to the beach. The three adults that stayed enjoyed the time and the location. shorter drives to many beautiful sites and activities! Thank you for the opportunity to use your site.

This duplex inside is so homey and comfortable. They have everything you think you might need. The views from the kitchen table and patio are amazing. Parking is a little tight, however, the place makes up for that. A definite come back to stay.

Beautiful view from picture windows. Pet friendly. Parking was a little complicated. No dishwasher in place had to hand wash dishes which doesn’t always sanitize dishes.

The kitchen supplies were perfect! Furniture made for great gatherings. Size of the unit is very family (including fur-family) accommodating. Wonderful overall.

Lovely get away

We had a wonderful time! Only thing that was kinda hard was the location right off the main coastal highway and parking was very tight. Amazing views and great back yard for our dog.

Great place to relax. Deck is great place to drink wine and coffee. Since the property is right on Hwy 101 it can be a bit difficult to pull out due to fast traffic.

This little bungalow/ duplex is very cute. It's very nice and clean. It's old but it's comfortable. The mattress in the Queen room on the left really needs to be replaced so before you rent ask if that's been done. They have an adequate supply of utensils and tools and things to cook with. They did not have a dishwasher. I suggest you bring a couple of night lights. It's very dark and wonderful in the house but it's dark dark. The view is unmistakably the best for the whole area. If you have a dog you unfortunately you have to cross the street the 101 to get to a neighborhood to walk the dog in. There is a nice adequate front yard. Needs to be cut but it's great to just let the dog out. There is fencing but not in the front of the cliff. I recommend this house for a small family or a couple but it's perfect. It's so sweet and it's so reasonable. It's very very very nice. We loved spending memorial Day there!.
