Ideally located near the golf course, beach, and lake, the apartment is in a peaceful, natural setting. The residence features a swimming pool with a paddling pool, two ping-pong tables, and a boules court.

Options available upon request (book with the agency at an additional cost):

- Baby kit: crib, high chair, bathtub

Important information:
- A deposit of €500 will be required upon arrival by bank imprint.
- Pets are not allowed in the apartment.
- A €30 per week heating supplement may be required outside of the summer period.
- The apartment is not equipped with Wi-Fi.
- Holiday vouchers are accepted.
- End-of-stay cleaning is not included. The accommodation must be returned in impeccable condition, tidy, cleaned, and the trash cans emptied.
- A cleaning deposit of €80 by credit card (bank imprint not debited) will be requested upon arrival.
