The Terrace

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Spread on multiple levels you will find 4 bedrooms with a bathroom each. The kitchen boasts an amazing view with a partitioned dining area. We added an outdoor barbecue area with lounge seating. Or would you like to chill in a hammock just off the master bedroom? The large pool with indoor waterfall feature can be overlooked from many vantage points throughout the villa.

The views and ambiance of this house are unreal, pictures don’t even do it justice. The pool is lovely, showers were hot and the kitchen was well stocked. Cooking in the outdoor kitchen was amazing for our family. The location is perfect, so close to everything you want to see. We rented a car and were able to get around easily, although some of the roads are a little rough it was definitely worth it. For future guests to be aware and as other reviewers have said, you are one with the wildlife in this house, lizards birds mosquitos. It feels much more like glamping than a 5 star hotel, which was such a fun experience for us. My family will be talking about how special this trip was for a while!

The views of the Piton are phenomenal, it’ beautiful. The house is cute and has the essentials you would need like towels. However, the reviews listed on the property didn’t emphasize on a lot of what I experienced. 1st, no amount of bug spray will help,you will be bit. You are essentially sleeping outside. The bugs are LOUD, it’s as if they’re screaming in your ear. We used ear plugs on the last day of our stay and it helped. The beds are very uncomfortable. 2ndly, we are pretty certain we had an animal, maybe a possum? (We know it had a tail bc we saw it briefly) in one of the rooms next door that was constantly knocking or scratching throughout the night. It would move around the house so some nights weren’t as terrifying to sleep through as others. 3rd, we were never told in advance that someone would be stopping by for maintenance for the pool, which was fine, but then another person showed up for a cooler? So we had no idea who was coming in and out of the house, whether we were there or not. In addition, the key lock stopped locking on a Tuesday and they didn’t send someone out until Friday. 4th, the private chauffeur is extremely expensive, I would not recommend that service. For the hassle we experienced, you’re better off at a resort.

Great open air house and the view of Petit Piton is breathtaking. All of the staff was so kind and answered our questions and gave great recommendations for places to eat, beaches, and other activities. Denise was so easy to work with and even assisted us in getting a rental car. We can’t wait for our next stay!

Amazing Experience!!

We found it a little difficult to find the place, as there are no addresses. But once we found it, we were amazed. Denise was a grwat host and was available to answer our queations. The place was clean and well appointed. Wi-fi was spotty, duw to the concrete walls of the house. Not that it mattered much, because the view of Petit Piton is overwhelmingly cool! I can't say enough about that view! The house feels like a secluded, luxorious tree house, set into the forest. The pool was nice to cool off! Lots of stairs, so might not be the best place for small kids. Sunsets around Petit Piton were beautiful. One of ths best houses we have ever rented, and I can't wait to return!

Gorgeous jungle-like location

The pictures are pretty spot on for this stay. There’s a beautiful view of Petit Piton and a pool to go with it. The location was a bit difficult to find since addresses aren’t really a thing there but Denise was very helpful and communicative during the check in process. Customs will ask for the name of the place and the contact info so make sure to have that handy and fill out the paper form since the online one didn’t have the name as an option. The open concept makes for a lot of bugs so I would make sure to wear lots of bug spray. Overall a great stay and very helpful staff if you need any recommendations or bookings.

Great view and perfect management

Stay at the property, you don’t need to go anywhere to see two pitons. Every day, you will see them from your rooms. The house is complete open concept to the nature. Denise is great manager for our daily activities. She gave us perfect recommendation for places to go and local restaurants to eat. She also arrange our daily transportations. All make our vocation more enjoyable with much less stress, especially helpful for those visiting the island for the first time.
