The Space:

Designed to deliver an exclusive mini-resort experience within a single, private villa, Sundara's spaces are crafted with high-end contemporary finishes. The interiors feature striking combinations of natural tropical woods, pristine white marble, and elegant brass accents. The layout prioritizes seamless indoor-outdoor living, allowing the lush canopy and breathtaking views of the Pitons to serve as a natural backdrop to the meticulously designed rooms.



Guest Access:

Guests will have exclusive, private access to the entire villa and its grounds. This includes full use of the suspended infinity pool, the fully equipped outdoor kitchen (coming December 15th 2026), and all interior living and resting spaces.



Other Things to Note:

Sundara is built to offer the amenities and luxury of a resort within the privacy of a single villa. The outdoor living spaces are designed to be cohesive and immersive, focusing on the breathtaking natural environment rather than sprawling, multi-tiered entertainment decks. Please note that a complimentary breakfast is included with your stay. Additionally, Janique can prepare lunch for you, provided that the necessary groceries have been arranged in advance.



Interaction with Guests:

We are committed to providing a seamless and highly personalized stay. Our dedicated local property manager, Ferbornia, will handle your check-in and is available to assist with any on-site needs, local recommendations, or logistics. To elevate your experience, Janique, our resident cook and housekeeper, will also be available to maintain the pristine condition of the villa and assist with daily meal planning and preparation. Additionally, Shannon and I are always just a quick message away to ensure your trip is absolutely perfect.
