This was a great resort with great and helpful staff.
Nice views and nice pools.
The only thing that can improve is the foods and drinks. The quality of the food for majority of restaurants such as Zen, the steakhouse and Grazie Italian restaurant was not the best; and very long wait times for entree’s to arrive, majority of restaurants took over an hour to bring the food.
And there wasn’t a great selection for drinks to be honest.
Also it is very far from the airport, takes about 1.5 to 2 hours to get to the resort which is on the total opposite side of the island from the airport.
Other than that the amenities and staff were great.
I would recommend it for someone who wants to go to an all-inclusive resort.
