The apartment, located in a recently restored building, is spread over three floors; tastefully furnished and equipped with all modern comforts, it is ideal for families or couples seeking the pleasure of living in a relaxing and private setting.
Access is via an outdoor staircase running alongside the garden or directly from the garage; a spacious terrace and a paved courtyard are perfect for relaxing, dining al fresco, or sunbathing.
The basement houses the laundry room with an attached guest bathroom and an utility room.
The first floor features a spacious kitchen-living room and a bathroom with a shower.
The kitchen is equipped with a stovetop, a refrigerator with freezer, an electric oven, a dishwasher, cookware, dishes, silverware, and kitchen accessories for eight people; the living room features a large sofa with a coffee table, a TV with a satellite decoder, a DVD player, and a radio.
One sofa converts into a double bed.
On the first floor, there are two bedrooms, each with a terrace, and a bathroom with a whirlpool tub.
The bedrooms can accommodate two double beds or four single beds; an extra bed can be added.
A small table, chairs, and plastic sun loungers are available.
The location, an area of significant environmental and scenic interest, is a short distance from Lakes Vedana and Mis and on the edge of the Belluno Dolomites National Park—an ideal spot for those seeking peace and relaxation.
Cycling enthusiasts can tackle road routes or trails of varying difficulty levels, while hiking enthusiasts will enjoy a wide selection of trails.
The cities of Feltre and Belluno are just a few minutes’ drive away, and the town is also centrally located for visiting other tourist destinations in the Dolomites, such as Fiera di Primiero, Agordo, Zoldo, Cortina, and the most famous mountain passes in the Dolomites, as well as art cities like Venice, Treviso, Verona, and Padua.
The price includes electricity, hot and cold water, gas, dish towels, a tablecloth, sheets, and a set of towels per week.
