Sorrento Penthouse in the Center, amazing view

Convenient and comfortable, from the large terrace of 130 m² you will enjoy the charming Gulf of Naples, during the day with its blue sea, with breathtaking sunsets in the evening and the lights of Naples and Sorrento in the night.
Equipped with table and chairs offers the opportunity to dine outdoors, enjoying the scenery and fine weather.

Centrally located, just 500m away from the square in the heart of the city (Piazza Tasso), 500m from the bus and train station from which you can reach Pompeii, Herculaneum, Amalfi, Positano, etc.., 15min walk from the port where hydrofoils and ferries sail to Capri, Ischia, Naples.
The penthouse is bright, furnished and equipped with all amenities (WiFi, TV, air conditioning), situated in a peaceful and quiet area without the noise of cars and motorcycles that crowd the streets constantly on the peninsula. Within a radius of 50m there are bars, newsstands, pharmacies, supermarkets, restaurants and pizzerias.

With a surface area of 85 m², is composed of a double room with balcony overlooking the Bay of Naples, bathroom with shower, another bathroom, a bedroom with two single beds, with the possibility of one extra bed, then the kitchen with a table for 6 people and a living room with TV, table and a sofa bed.

All guests will be provided with bed linen and towels.

Parking is not free, there is a 24h parking 4 minute walk from the apartment.

All was good. - very spacious with lots of supplies. The heat did not go on until 5 pm and since we were renting in February some heat to augment a portable heater would have been better.

L’accoglienza da parte degli host è stata ottima, hanno accolto nostre richieste dell’ultimo momento sulla sistemazione dei letti, ci hanno spiegato tutto accuratamente. Siamo stati comodi e a nostro agio, come in casa propria. Vicino al centro, facilmente raggiungibile. Consiglio che possiamo lasciare e quello di attrezzare la vasca di uno dei due bagni con una tenda perché ogni volta si rischia di allagare tutto. Grazie di tutto e alla prossima.

Gerardo was extremely helpful. Prior to our arrival he advised us of the parking arrangements that were indeed necessary to arrange in advance and allow us a discount by early booking. His parents welcomed us to the apartment and explained the amenities.

Having morning coffee or afternoon cocktail with an amazing view of Vesuvius - priceless. Three minute walk to two large grocery stores and restaurants. Easy 10 minute walk down the hill to many restaurants and shopping and 15 min walk to ferries - great location.Gerard’s parents met us at the apartment to explain lighting, AC, trash, etc. They were very kind but we had a communication problem, they speak Italian and we only speak English. We could have used more written instructions. Overall, a very nice stay and recommend this property.

Beautiful apartment with an amazing view of Mt Vesuvius. We were greeted by the host’s lovely parents who showed us around the apartment. The apartment was clean and the beds were comfortable. We had a fantastic stay! The apartment is in a great location, easily walkable to all the action. The host's parents met us at the apartment and showed us around. There was a language barrier, but we made it work! They were so very kind and very proud of their place. The only drawback is the lack of air conditioning. As Americans, we are used to central air. There is one air conditioning unit in the hallway that was not great. We had to sleep with the bedroom door open and we bought a small fan to help. It was also June in Italy so naturally, it was hot and we are not used to that. The outside space was absolutely incredible and really sold the property for us. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it.

Vacation Highlight

2 week trip ended with 4 days at this memorable property. Greeted by Gerardo, his girlfriend and his beautiful mom, they welcomed us into their home. Property was well kept and was enough space for a group of 7 people. Great location near town center but tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. Highlight of the property was their terrace with views of the Mediterranean and Mt. Vesuvius. Made it a point to catch the sunset each night that we were there and it did not disappoint. Another highlight was that the sunsets were shared by a group of older adults that lived in the next building who seem to get together each night to enjoy la dolce vita. A great example of how beautiful life is. If I ever make it back to Sorrento, I would love the opportunity to stay at this property again to be able to say "buenasera" to my friends across the terrace.

Magnificent Rooftop Penthouse

Do you want to have a most incredible place to stay with most gracious hosts? Look no further than this penthouse apartment. Everything about it was wonderful—the earth of our hosts, the rooms in the apartment, and the INCREDIBLE view from every spot on the roof top terrace. Convenient to get to wveryhwere too. Amazing stay in Sorrento

We had a wonderful stay at the Sorrento Penthouse. Gerardo was very attentive and responded quickly anytime we reached out before and during our stay. His parents are lovely. They greeted us and gave us a tour of the place. They even made us a cup of Italian coffee! The apartment is very comfortable and had everything we needed (the AC and washing machine were particularly appreciated!). With 2 adult children, it was nice that they had their own bathroom and room with 2 beds. Our favorite part was waking up to amazing views of the Gulf of Naples and enjoying evenings on the terrace. The views are amazing! The apartment is also conveniently located just outside of the noise and bustle, but only a 6-7 minute walk to the heart of Sorrento. There are 2 grocery stores, a cafe, and multiple restaurants only minutes away. We had a great time!

Unparalleled

I can’t say enough about Gerardo and his home in Sorrento. From the time his lovely parents met us at the apartment with freshly picked oranges and lemons and homemade lemoncello, to our check out two weeks later, everything was exceptional. The apartment is in the perfect location close to the Piazza Tasso, supermarkets, a lovely bakery, and delicious takeaway pizza. The Terrace is off the hook and has views in every direction. The neighborhood is lovely and everything is within walking distance. The apartment is fully equipped and comfortably sleeps seven. I would gladly, and hopefully I will someday, stay there again. Thank you for the wonderful memories you have made for my family, friends and me.

Wonderful Sorento Stay

A penthouse looking out to Sorento, Vesuvius and the Mediterranean Sea. We stayed 5 nights and found that we could walk to anywhere we needed to be for tours, food etc. Great restaurants nearby. The centre of Sorento is lots of fun, with scores of places to eat, shop or just enjoy the happy vibe. The terrace overlooking the city is enormous, with chairs and a table. The home itself is spacious with large bedrooms, and nice living room and separate dining room. The elevator is efficient and the security very strong. Gerardo our host replied quickly to questions. Can't say enough about tis wonderful place.

Best Location in Sorrento

We had an amazing stay in this home - it had everything my friends and I needed. There were 2 bedrooms- one with a king bed and one with 2 twin beds plus trundles. The rooftop terrace was huge and the views were amazing. We felt very safe and it was very quiet and peaceful. The owner Gerardo was very nice and his parents greeted us to show us around the apartment. They offered us homemade limoncello and olive oil, and lemons and oranges from their garden. An easy walk to Piazza Tasso, the train and bus stations and the harbor. Even closer to 2 grocery stores, a bakery and gelato shop and a couple of pizza places. Ibisco was a great restaurant just around the corner.
