New and Modern Sea View Sorrento Apartment with Terrace and balconies located in the heart of Marina Grande, one of the most exclusive Sorrento areas. Perfect for families and groups of friends, this beachfront home can accommodate up to 5 guests comfortably and is complete with 1 Bedroom with king size bed and 1 single bed, 1 Bathroom, Kitchen with dining area, Living Room with Queen sized Sofa bed (memory foam mattress), Sea View Terrace, Solarium and Outside Dining Area. Rooms have a/c & Wifi

The Space

Our Bright Sorrento Apartment is located in the picturesque and characteristic Fisherman's Village of Marina Grande, a few minutes walk from the heart of Sorrento center.

This apartment is made up of one floor with:

The living area is complete with a custom made sofa bed that can also each be used as bed where an additional 2 guests can stay, Flat Screen, Sat TV, Closet, Direct access to the terrace with views of the Sea and Marina Grande, Air Conditioning, usb plugs, Free Wi-Fi 24hrs.

Kitchen

In the kitchen you will find all of the facilities and amenities you will need to enjoy a traditional Italian meal, it is also complete with oven, kettle, steaming basket, fridge and with a dining table and chairs.



Terrace

The rooftop terrace offers an outside dining area complete with table and chairs, perfect for those nights you want to stay at home and enjoy some al fresco dining or even to enjoy your breakfast and lunch during the day.



Pls note: The outdoor table on the terrace is set up only during the summer season, as during winter strong winds may occur and could move or damage it.



Guest Access

During your stay, you will have complete access to the whole apartment as well as the large private terrace, there are also no shared common areas with other guests. The Sea View Sorrento Apartment is located on the third floor which you can reach using the stairs. Upon arrival the host will also assist you with any luggages you have.



Accessibility

As these is historic building, guests who use a wheelchair are required to book the dedicated transportation service at least 15 days prior the check-in.

Damage and Incidentals

You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.

Parking

We offer to our guests a new Luxury and stress free service of Car Valet with pick up and delivery of the car at the property. The car will be parked in an outdoor/indoor private parking with 24h surveillance. Anytime you need the car during your stay you just need to call the parking staff 30 minutes in advance you need the car for and it will be delivered to your place. Cost is 25€/night for a Car and 35€/night for Vans.

Beautiful view of Mt. Vesuvius from the balcony. Apartment was clean and bright. Communication via text messaging their Whats App with the property rep was adequate and timely, though we never met him in person. The check in process was seamless using the instruction manual that was texted to us by the property rep. Getting to the property from the marina was an adventure due to all the steps and turns in the roads (next time we'll look into getting a taxi). We enjoyed our stay in Sorrento.

Everything!! The beachy vibe, the location, the quick communication with Raffaele. The comfy bed and pull out sofa bed. Balcony, espresso, café, and snacks was an added perk. We loved our stay!! Would highly recommend!

We loved this place in Marina Grande. The place was just on the outskirts of Sorrento right next to the water. It was a perfect beach house for summertime. For us, we loved our walks into town every day. The apartment was absolutely lovely, although there were a lot of stairs to get to it. It added to the charm and views from our windows! Our host was communicative and responsive throughout the whole process. We would happily stay there again!

The agent Sorentovibes was good in all communication and organising aspects. However, the accommodation was not as we would have expected. Although the lounge and bedroom was of a good standard, the kitchen and shower/bathroom left a lot to be desired. The shower really needs refurbishing completely. The kitchen is fairly antique and not worthy of a property at this price point. Hence the star rating given. If it was possible to give a star rating of 5 for Sorentovibes I would have. But for the property it should be 0 stars!

We loved the roof top balcony and another balcony outside of our bedroom that we could look out over the water and watch the local fishermen. It has a beach very close to the front door - just walk across a small road!

Clean and bright

We enjoyed the property…it was sparkling clean, the view was great and it met our needs. It is a bit of a hoof to get to the main part of Sorrento, but if you don’t mind walking it is doable. We went in the off season, so only one restaurant at the marina was open, which was a bit of a bummer. The property host was late in arriving to meet us for check in, which was inconvenient, as we had to wait almost an hour for his arrival. He did try to help us via whatsapp with self check-in, but gave us the wrong code to get in. He eventually figured out the right one, but it was confusing at best. Overall, the place was nice and we enjoyed our stay.

-no mention of being on the 4th floor and not having an elevator. -the shower leaks everywhere. -not allowed to wash towels or sheets. -no instructions in English for the washer/dryer. -no key was left to keep the electric on while we were out, so it was always sweltering hot when we came back to the unit.

Breathtaking Home Away from Home

The only way I can summarize this location in one word is, breathtaking. Not only the views speak for themselves, but the location is cozy, comfortable and spacious. There are a few flights of steps to get up to the private apartment, so those who have a walking disability beware. But if you can deal with it, my family on this stay did not want to leave. You are greeted by beaches, a port and amazing restaurants. Quiet and beautiful, I highly recommend if you love being on the water as much as my family does.

Beautiful room and fantastic location

The apartment is very nicely finished and very clean. The sofa bed was the most comfortable sofa bed I have ever slept on. The views are oceanfront and endless. The area is pretty cool with a handful of restaurants and bars. Not much else in the immediate area. About a 15-minute walk uphill to get into town. The only issue is there was no light in the hallway. You needed to use a phone flashlight at night.

It's all about the view!

This place was exactly as pictured and described, it was simple and clean and had amazing air conditioning which was much needed in the Italian summer heat! The apartment is up a few flights of stairs (no elevator if traveling with lots of luggage), which leads to amazing views of the marina, Mt. Vesuvius and the surrounding area. 2 doors in living room and in bedroom open to the balcony and there is also a private rooftop area where you can eat or sunbath which also has the great view. There are many restaurants below but the noise was not an issue, it quieted down after 11 and if you shut the doors it was not bothersome. There is a small grocery store in the marina to get snacks/drinks to fill the fridge. Be aware that to get out of the marina you need to take a taxi (which can be pricey for tourists) or climb quite a few stairs to get to the city area at the top. Bring cash for taxi's and excursions as they are not equipped for credit cards mostly. The owner has a vacation touring service (Sorrento Vibes) and I was able to book some excursions and transportation to and from the airport with him which was very helpful (again bring cash). All in all the place was amazing and I would definitely stay again! Thanks Andrea and Raffaele.
