  • The flat is located in Sorrento city center. The unit, recently renovated, consists of 1bedroom, 1 bathroom, and the kitchen room with dining area. The bedroom has a double bed (queen size). The bathroom has the washing basin, the toilet, the bidet, the shower and the hair dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped and it has gas hobs, large fridge and freezer, kettle, coffee makers, toaster, kitchenware, utensils and tableware.
    The flat, redecorated in a contemporary style, is equipped with air conditioning; split type ductless system (Cool & Heat), Smart TV, free WiFi and iron. All the fabrics, the beds and materials are hypo-allergenic. The flat's windows are sound-proof and thermic-proof and the shutters are automated.

Amazing Place

This place was so clean, spacious, and perfectly located in Sorrento. Our host was always quick to respond and even provided recommendations for dining and activities in the area. Highly recommend!

Great Location

We had a lovely stay in this apartment and Mario was an excellent host. The rooms were lovely, clean and new, exactly as shown in the photos. Mario answered our questions quickly and provided assistance when needed. He had great suggestions for restaurants and arranged a taxi to transport us to the marina early on our departure day. The restaurant up the street was excellent and we had a wonderful anniversary celebration dinner there. The train station was about a 10 minute walk - very convenient for our trip to Pompeii as we did not have a car. The traffic noise in the front corner unit could have been a problem but we were so exhausted at the end of every day that we slept well in spite of it. I would definitely recommend renting this apartment.

Nice apartment with good location

We enjoyed our stay at this property which is close (but not in) the city center. The location is 5-10 minutes from the train/bus station which made for an easy trip to Pompeii or to transport back to the aiport. The walk to the city center is around 15 min. The flat itself is basically 2 bedrooms (1 master & 1 other with 2 separate beds). It was very comfortable for the 4 of us. It should be noted that there is no family room. the only other room is the kitchen so there is the kitchen table or individual bed room to hang out in before leaving or at the end of the day. Since we were out sightseeing every day we didn't really need miss having a living room. Room sizes were large with the bathrooms being on the small side. Air conditioning works very well (3 separate units). Internet worked but signal is not so strong and would get dropped regularly especially with multiple users. Mario was a pleasure to deal with and we had no issues with the booking or check out. We would certainly consider to book again.

A great host – great experience

We stayed 9 days in one of Mario’s properties in Sorrento and had a delightful time. Mario was an excellent host, making sure we had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The rooms were nice, clean and bright with a great location. Fortunately a laundromat was very close, as was the train station and lots of restaurants and gelaterias. City center with all the sights was also within easy walking distance. Monica took good care of us with daily checks to make sure everything was ok. Check-in and Check-out was easy, and Mario took time with us to make sure we were not rushed or hurried.

Family Friendly Condo Sorrento

Mario greeted us at the train station; there was an issue with the condo we originally booked. We stayed at another location of his. Great 2bdrm flat, spacious, full kitchen, even included washer/dryer. We walked everywhere! An added bonus, Mario lent us a portable Wi-Fi device for the duration of our stay (July17-21, 2015).

Fantastically maintained apartment in great location

Just a short review to thank Mario for his care and attention during the stay. The apartment is spotlessly clean and no more than a 5 minute walk from the central train station in Sorrento. The two bed was ample size for our party of four and although initially you feel you might miss out without a sitting room it quickly becomes apparent that you will so busy that you won't notice it. Mario was great, very attentive and full of useful advice and the cleaning lady was spot on with her daily run through. Definitely one to recommend. Thanks!

Sorrento Property

Good location, close to Supermarket, shopping, short walk to city center. Apartment very clean. Owner has great rapport with transportation providers.Mario was very helpful with tourist information, places to eat, shop, visit. Apartment was close to the street and connecting lane so therefore traffic noise was at times loud. No outside balcony or patio. Reasonably priced.

Séjour à Sorrento

Bel appartement à Sorrento, mais avec quelques lacunes, comme le manque de confort des chaises de la salle à dîner, nous aurions appréciés de meilleurs sièges pour nos repas, les petites chaises blanches à lattes sont très inconfortables. Nous aurions aussi apprécié avoir un petit séchoir à linge, car nous faisions des lavages à la main et nous n'avions pas d'endroits pour suspendre les vêtements à sécher....Il faudrait rajouter quelques crochets ici et là dans les chambres et dans les salles de bains. À part cela, l'appartement était très propre, nous avons grandement apprécié le passage d'Antonnella qui venait faire nos lits et laver nos salles de bain quasi à tous les jours..C'est un peu bruyant sur le coin de la rue, mais avec l'air climatisé, nous gardions les fenêtres fermées et réussissions à bien dormir malgré le bruit des nombreuses motos et des autos. Un autre petit point négatif à souligner c'est que contrairement à tous les autres appartements ou nous avons séjourné en Italie, que ce soit à Venise, Florence ou Rome, il y avait toujours des produits de base pour cuisiner, tels que de l'huile, du vinaigre balsamique, du sel, du poivre, et quelques autres condiments qui nous auraient dépanner à l'occasion, mais il n'y avait rien de cela dans cet appartement, nous avons été un peu déçus à ce niveau. Mais, dans l'ensemble nous avons apprécié notre séjour chez M. Ancofara et nous le recommandons. Si un jour, nous avons la chance de revenir à Sorrento, nous choisirons sans hésitation l'appartement de M. Ancofora avec balcon, nous avons eu la chance de le visiter et nous l'avons trouvé super lumineux et de plus, il possède le lave-linge et l'appartement est très spacieux, mais encore là, une autre petite déception, c'est que les portes devraient être mieux insonorisés entre chaque appartement. De notre petit appartement, nous entendions très bien les conversations des voisins qui étaient quelquefois assez bruyants le soir venu, il serait bien que vous puissiez remédier à ce problème, car c'était vraiment désagréable à certains moments. Excellent location and near train station .

Mario thank you very much for all your help and guidance in Sorento ! The flat was very clean and the maid was very friendly and she came very day to clean and make the beds ! The location of the flat was excellent and only 10mins from train station ( Walking) big plus for us. We highly recommend this flat !! Thank you again Mario we loved Sorento . Hope to see you soon .

Nice apartment in Sorrento

This beautiful and spacious Sorrento apartment was very comfortable and convenient. The only drawback on the first floor corner unit was the noise of traffic coming and going till very late outside. The owners have taken steps in soundproofing but for a light sleeper it is still quite loud. The host Mario was gracious, informative , and beyond helpful. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Great location and great host

The apartment is very nice and spacious and everything is newly renovated. It was clean and in a great location for walking to the central square and to the port in 10-15 minutes. The train station is a 7 minute walk which made it very convenient to take a day trip to Pompeii and Naples. There were lots of good restaurants around and Mario gave us some great recommendations (including this great family restaurant up the street from the apartment). He was an excellent host and did everything to make sure we had what we needed and had a pleasant stay. I would definitely recommend renting this property.
