This New and Luxury Sorrento Apartment with Sea View is located in the heart of Sorrento Old Town, in a vibrant and beautiful street, where you can find some of the most authentic people and historical sites. Great for Families or Small Groups as the apartment is complete with 3 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, Living Room and Kitchen, all cleaned and sanitized to a high standard by our specialized team. The apartment is also in the perfect walking distance from the main attractions and transport links.

Bathrooms:

The first bathroom features eco-friendly design accessories handmade by a local carpenter, a luxurious Turkish Hamam bath including a sensory shower for non-professional domestic use. You also have the added feature of listening to your music using a memory card of the USB port as there is an integrated sound system installed. The second bathroom is complete with a Sea view hydro-jet tub from Kaldewei, wooden details and Murano chandelier. Fresh towels and complimentary toiletries are also provided.



Kitchen:

The kitchen includes all necessary amenities and features to make a classic Italian dinner. You will also find a Carrara marble island with transparent Cartel chairs on one side. There is also an electric oven, refrigerator, freezer, wine cellar, microwave and dishwasher. The kitchen features a lovely private balcony which overlooks the most spectacular view while you can enjoy your breakfast.



Living Room:

The large open space living room is a great place to relax with your family or friends after a long day of exploring the sites. The room features first choice cowhide sofas, 55” Philips TV (smart TV and 3D), Bettarini paintings and Capri Carmelina. Cartel design tables and chairs make up the dining area in the living room. The small laundry room is complete with the latest generation appliances, Ariston washing machine and Hoite point dryer, aimed at saving energy. There is also the option to add two single beds in the living area for an additional 2 guests.



Guest Access

During your stay, you will have complete private access to the whole apartment which is located on the first floor, including the outside balcony areas with sea view. This elegant and clean property is complete with luxury amenities with eco-friendly methods also taken into consideration. There is also the possibility to have an additional 2 extra single beds in the living room, do let us know at the time of booking so that we can prepare this for you.

Parking

We offer to our guests a new Luxury and stress free service of Car Valet with pick up and delivery of the car at the property. The car will be parked in an outdoor/indoor private parking with 24h surveillance.Anytime you need the car during your stay you just need to call the parking staff 30 minutes in advance you need the car for and it will be delivered to your place. Cost is 25€/night for a Car and 35€/night for Vans.

The property was lovely, very spacious and exactly as advertised. This was a couples trip, 4 of us in total so we each had our own bedroom & bathroom which was great. Kitchen worked great, we did breakfast in most days. Beds were comfortable & the water hot . The location was great, super easy to get into the center of town, 5-10 minute walk. It was near 3 different grocery shops, and far enough from the street congestion. Sea views from the balconies, it was lovely. The host met us to drop our luggage, we were able to check in early and everything worked great. Thank you!

This apartment is such a wonderful and open space. All of the upgrades are new and it was a truly wonderful home for a week. We traveled with another couple so there were four of us and we used Sorrento as home-base to travel out. The convenience and capability to all walk to all of the wonderful things in Sorrento were absolutely worth it. There was a happy surprise of a steam room in the second bathroom that we loved. The host was extremely responsive and attentive to anything that we needed. Highly recommend and it made for a wonderful experience in Italy.

Perfect Location in Sorrento!

We stayed at this lovely, spacious, clean property while traveling with our daughter for her semester abroad at Sant'Anna Institute. It was perfectly located at the end of Corso Italia, the main street in town, and midway between the Institute and the student residence Villa. A great launching pad for exploring and steps away from restaurants and shops. Check-in was seamless; host was responsive and had great suggestions for transportation, restaurants and things to do. The dryer (in addition to the washing machine) is a plus and often hard to find at rental properties in Italy. Handy coffee machine too! All in all, a great place in a great location.

Huge apartment with everything you need. We loved the views and balconies and location including access to the beach and restaurants, stores, etc. There’s a market just across the street. Added benefit was the washer and dryer and even a steam shower.

Great Stay in a great location in sorrento

We had a great stay here. The apartment was very clean and modern. A beautiful big kitchen and living room with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Everything was clean and lives up to the pictures. Valeria checked us in and provided a lot of good local recommendations. The location was perfect because it was right on the edge of the pedestrian section, but you could still drive to it, and there was a good market right across the street. The only negative I could think of was that due to the building code the laundry could only be used 8am -8pm. As we were out most of the day, that was a little inconvenient to doing laundry, but it was a great stay, and I would recommend it without question.

Modern flat with beautiful sea views

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean and the rooms were spacious and well equipped. We did have some problems blowing the fuses, but the owner was very responsive and helpful In getting it resolved. It was an easy walk into the center of town and we liked being in a quieter area, The outdoor space isn’t huge, but it was plenty for my husband and I to enjoy our morning coffee or aperitivo. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful experience at this property. The home was clean, bright and open with all amenities needed, in a very nice and secure building! This was a great apartment. The location made it easy to walk everywhere. It was modern inside. As Americans we had trouble figuring out how to work some of the appliances, but the property manager was quick in responding to our questions. I would definitely recommend this place.

The best in Sorrento!!!!

Our family of 6 (all adults) recently spent 5 nights at La Limonella in Sorrento. From the moment we stepped in the building, our stay was PERFECT. The building is nice (upscale), but the apartment is even better. The furnishings and amenities were all fantastic. We had a full washer and dryer, massive closest space and a kitchen better than I have at home. The apartment has 3 balconies all with a spectacular sea view, perfect for enjoying morning coffee or an evening sunset. But the best part of all... the location. This place is literally steps away from the best of Sorrento. All the best shops and restaurants are literally a block or two away. And if you want to venture out, the taxi stand is just steps from the front of the building. The check in process was a breeze, we had a lovely young lady come and show us how to use everything. She was also very responsive to all of my questions, and even helped us book our transportation to Rome airport. I would give this place a million stars if I could. Book with confidence, this place is a true gem.

Awesome Property with Excellent Location!

This property was obviously recently remodeled, and it was done well. Beautiful kitchen with an amazing view of the water. Two balconies with views of the water was where we'd start with coffee and end with wine. It is located in the bustling hot spot near the market which couldn't have been better. Highly recommend this property!

Beautiful Sorrento

We loved the location at the end of the main road in beautiful Sorrento! We truly appreciated the full size washer and dryer. We did adjust our schedule a little to abide by the HOA rules of running the washer and dryer between 8am and 8pm. The property managers were quick to respond to our inquiries and flexible with our check-in and -out times due to our train tickets. The property was very clean and comfortable.
