of the guests are fully guaranteed, along with their privacy, as the house is accessible through a private iron gateway.
The apartment - 46 square meters - is formed by Bed room, Living room , Bath room .The cooking-area has all cooking facilities for self-catering, including oven and fridge,. The configuration of the apartment allows to
accommodate two couples of friends keeping their privacy ,as the two rooms are separated by two doors with the bathroom in common.
The apartment has independent air-conditioning , and heating suitable also for winter holidays.
There are also LCD TV set , Washing machine and hair dryer.
In front of the apartment there are 350 square meters of garden with a well maintained British Green , and provided with umbrellas and beach chairs for the relaxation of the guests . There are also tables and chairs and the guests
might have their meals outside or just sipping a cold drink during the warm evenings.
