Nestled in one of Sorrento’s most exclusive residential parks, just a 3-minute stroll from the lively Piazza Tasso, Apartment Carmela offers the perfect balance of elegance, comfort, and location.



Surrounded by the authentic rhythms of Italian life—bars, restaurants, a delicatessen shop, a supermarket, a bank, and the bus stop to Positano and Amalfi all within 20 meters—this refined holiday home is a gateway to the treasures of the Amalfi Coast and beyond.



Occupying the third floor of a well-kept building with elevator, this spacious 160-square-meter apartment is a luminous and tastefully appointed retreat, designed to accommodate large families or groups of friends in search of a premium stay in central Sorrento.



Inside, the apartment unfolds into a large, welcoming living room and open-plan kitchen, ideal for both relaxing and entertaining. Two plush sofas invite you to unwind, while a desk equipped with a computer and printer offers a convenient spot for work or planning day trips. Smart TV, air conditioning, and heating ensure year-round comfort.



The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to craft meals with ease: a large refrigerator, electric hob, dishwasher, microwave, and an Illy pod coffee machine, along with many other small appliances. The adjacent balcony houses a washing machine and drying rack, offering added convenience for longer stays. An iron and ironing board are also provided.



Each of the four serene bedrooms features its own ensuite bathroom, offering privacy and tranquillity for every guest. Private balconies look out over the city rooftops and the park’s lush garden and swimming pool, creating a peaceful contrast to the vibrant energy of the town below.



Guests have access to a shared pool (open June 15 to September 15), perfect for a refreshing dip after a day of sightseeing, and ideal for families with children. A tennis court is also available within the residential park (reservation and fee required; rackets not provided).



The home’s dining area, with its 10-person table, is ideal for shared meals, cooking classes, or even evenings with a private chef—making it not just a place to stay, but a place to create unforgettable experiences.



Daily cleaning (1 hour per day) and Wi-Fi are included, ensuring your stay is as comfortable and carefree as possible.



Though centrally located, a car is not necessary, as everything is within easy walking distance. However, for those arriving by car, a public parking facility is available just 30 meters away (paid).

Not included in the price, to be paid on site:



• Final cleaning 295,00 euros

• Damage deposit 400,00 euros

• Tourist tax 4,00 euros per day per person for the first 7 nights from 01/04 to 31/10. Children under 18 years do not pay

• Late arrival fee after 8:00 PM to midnight, 50,00 euros. For arrivals after midnight an extra fee of 80,00 euros will be requested.



On request, for a fee:



• American Breakfast 150,00 euros a day plus the grocery shopping

• Private chef 350,00 euros for lunch or dinner plus the grocery shopping

• Extra cleaning 15,00 euros per hour

• Extra change of linen and towels 15,00 euros per person
