Charming country cottage for rent in SOPPE LE BAS (near the Thann Valley and the Masevaux Valley), a small village of about 800 residents. This bright, detached house of about 40 m² with a garden will charm you with its peaceful setting!<br><br>The owners’ house is located next door, but the garden is large (25 ares), and there are no neighboring houses directly across (privacy is ensured by a large row of thuja trees). Right next to the house is a meadow with cows, and further down is a stream (the Soultzbach).<br><br>The house can accommodate up to 3 people plus a baby (travel crib, high chair, and baby dishes available free of charge) and features:<br><br>A spacious, fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator with freezer, oven, range hood, gas stovetop, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, Nespresso machine, toaster, kettle, etc.) that opens onto the living room;<br><br>A living/dining room with a round table for 4 people, a sofa, and a TV;<br><br>A bathroom with a shower and toilet;<br><br>Upstairs: 1 bedroom with a double bed and a second room with a single bed;<br><br>Outside: a patio with a 4-person garden table, a gas grill, and 2 lounge chairs. <br>The garden is enclosed by an electric gate with a remote control. <br>You can park your car inside the courtyard. <br><br>The entire cottage is fully air-conditioned (living room, bedrooms, etc.).
