Welcome to Prospectors Paradise! This is not your ordinary cabin, it’s a one-of-a-kind home on a one-of-a-kind property!

Walk up and toward the trees, watch the butterflies and birds, roast marshmallows at the fire pit, have a sit-out at one of the many sitting areas, have a stroll through Cowboy Town, an impeccably detailed replica of a western boomtown that includes a saloon, hotel, mercantile, cemetery, jail, and stable with pulley ... experience walking on a suspension bridge ... when you’re tired of doing all that, relax indoors, cook your favorite meals, play a few games of darts, billiards and air hockey, stream your favorite shows on the surround sound system, play board and card games … then repeat all of the above the next day … wish every day were like this!

Prospectors house-rules:
1. Primary guest will need to sign the rental agreement, guests will follow rental agreement and house rules during their stay.
2. Primary guest minimum age 25, will need to verify identity.
3. NO smoking of ANY kind on the premises.
4. Any illegal activity is strictly prohibited.
5. Prospector's Paradise is NOT a pet-friendly cabin.

Biji was great with the check-in process and made us feel welcome. The home is breathtaking, and so much more that you think! We were very impressed with the home and all of the properties outdoor amenities. The kids had a blast in the Cowboy Town, and the play area in front of the house. The kitchen is fully stocked, including spices and foil, saran & ziplocks. There are 4 bedrooms, plus a loft. Lots of fun in the large game room as well. There were 14 of us and still plenty of room to roam. The property is perfect for a large group. Twain Harte is not as far as it looks on the map, and what a cute little town with several places to eat.We will definitely be coming back, and will highly recommend to our friends and family.

Amazing Family Cabin

This was one of the best rentals we have ever stayed at! We had three families and there was plenty of space inside and outside the home, great kitchen and amazing game room and bed setup. Perfect distance to Dodge Ridge and we can’t wait to come back in Summer!

Wonderful property and experience!

We spent our Thanksgiving at this property and we all want to go back. The cowboy town was simply amazing with all the details. Lots of time was put into this. The game room was super fun for the whole family. It was cold outside so we didn't get to spend as much time in the spectacular outdoors that we wanted to, but hope to make it back during a warmer season! Great communication from the hosts! Thank you!

Fathers Day and 70th Birthday Celebration

Our sons, daughter, daughter-in-laws and 4 grandchildren (6,5,3,2) came for a weekend to celebrate Father's Day, a 70th, 7th, 31th and 29th birthday. The owner had hung and glittery Happy Birthday banner over the window of their gorgeous kitchen. (Thank you! That was a nice touch.) We spent an afternoon hiking the Columbia Ditch Trail. It was perfect for our young ones, close to the home and canopied by trees. The Old West town on the property and game room were appreciated by the young ones. On our way home we stopped off at Columbia Historic Park for some gold panning, rock climbing and just to check out the historic buildings.

Amazing Property, Fun Fun Fun!!!

I don’t usually write reviews, but this property deserves its five star rating. The house was in perfect order, clean and inviting, comfortable and luxurious. The owners have stocked it with every amenity you could need in the kitchen and everywhere. There is even shampoo conditioner and body wash in every shower. Tissue boxes in every room. They really did think of everything. There was also everything a kid could ask for including toys, sidewalk chalk, coloring stuff, basketballs, ride on toys, a zip line, games, a game room, smart TVs, and did I mention the backyard! The old western town in the backyard is simply amazing. Every detail in place and every prop able to be used to play with. Nothing is glued down. It was an imagination paradise. The adults enjoyed the yard too, especially the suspension bridge and the Lookout deck. We tried to sit in every spot throughout the day to take advantage of all it’s glory. Tawny the owner was very quick to respond to any questions and communicated well. I have no complaints. This house is everything as advertised, if not better. We will certainly be returning someday soon!

Beautiful place, fun property!

We had a great time at Tawny and Matt's place. The house was super clean, and modern with plenty of room for our party of 7. The game room downstairs was a huge bonus especially when we were snowed in for the day. The property is an added bonus with the adorable western town! Unfortunately it was a little too cold and snowy for us to fully appreciate it, but if you stay during the warmer season and have younger children, they will love it! Tawny and Matt were very responsive, great hosts! The house is about a 40 minute drive to Dodge Ridge and the Leland Meadows snow park. A little bit of a drive if you are planning on skiing or tubing, but no big deal at all. I definitely recommend this place for a family ski trip or a relaxing get away.
