The Nest- gated yard, dog & kid friendly

This quaint apartment is perfect for a small family with children and/or fur-baby(1 pet max) We have a comfortable living room to relax in stocked with games, toys and books. As well as a flat screen to enjoy a movie or 2. The kitchen is well appointed with a 4 burner gas range with oven, microwave & toaster. We supply all of the cooking essentials such as spices, oil, pots and pans, and cookware. Enjoy complimentary coffee with a pour over Keurig, or drip, & complimentary creamers.
The space
The apartment is situated on the second floor of a renovated industrial shop that has been in our family since 1970. We started renovations in 2013 and now utilize the building/property to run our small businesses.

This 2 bedroom, 1 bath has been designed to accommodate all your needs for a restful stay while visiting Sonoma.

One bedroom has a full size bed and the other a queen size bed. We also have a pack n play in the closet.

The entry to the apartment is at the end of the main building through the “hog-wire”style gate. It’s up the stairs and on the second floor but you have the entire fenced yard to yourself. We have a skincare studio and our vacation rental management office on the first floor.

Behind the building is another home where my mom(Joanie aka Jojo) lives. She's very quiet except when the grandkids are visiting. She keeps to herself but is happy to welcome you and answer questions if you see her. Please text or call us first please do not disturb her by knocking on her door.

The apartment itself is incredibly private, safe, and fairly quiet except during commute hours but it does quiet down at night. We're on a highway so for people sensitive noise this is probably not going to work for you. We do provide noise machines and air purifiers in each bedroom which help drown out the road. The courtyard and apartment itself is completely private and not shared with anyone else during your stay. We will be on and off of property mostly during the week but make sure to not disturb you.
Other things to note
1 pet max $150 per pet

Pet must be crated if you’re gone and not left in yard either. If barking becomes a nuisance you will be asked to leave.

Please keep pets off of all furniture.

Make sure pet poop is poop scooped in yard. Pooper scooper provided.

We have a sweet cat named Luna that lives on property- please do not let her inside the apartment.
