The general area is peaceful and private. Wineries are largely within a 10 minute drive. The Paton center for hummingbirds and Borderlands Wildlife Preserve are a 10-15 minute drive away.

This is a spacious 2-bedroom (king and queen) 2-bath plus a queen pullout sofabed in the living room to comfortably fit 6 guests.

There is a 2-car garage for indoor parking, and more space to park on the driveway and along the road.

We have a full kitchen and outdoor grill for your homemade meals!

There is a Keurig machine for coffee (regular and decaf pods) and an electric kettle for water. We have hot coco and an assortment of teas.

The dual zone wine fridge can be adjusted to your desired temps.

The master bathroom has a jetted tub and shower.

There is a workspace in the guest bedroom.

We have a pair of binoculars that you can take on your birding trips.

We have several wine and bird themed books for reference and enjoyment.

Water bowl is available for pets.

You have access to a large backyard bordered by greenery (no physical fence). Please keep to your side, which includes the middle section of the backyard.
