Welcome to this fantastic villa, with private pool, on the outskirts of Son Servera. It sleeps 7 guests.
This wonderful country house offers the perfect exterior area to spend there most of your time. The private salt water pool -that sizes 9 x 4 metres and has a water depth ranging from 1.3 to 1.7 metres- will ensure a nice and cool dip. By the pool, you have 8 sunloungers that invite to bask in the sun or read under the pergola. And, to put a great end to a joyful morning or day, you have the spacious terrace with BBQ and furniture to enjoy your meals as well as a top terrace with breath-taking views.

The house comprises 2 floors. The one upstairs contains the communal rooms. Here, you'll find a great living - dining room with AC and satellite TV. From the dining area you access the kitchen, equipped with a ceramic hob. The laundry area with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board is also here. In addition, there's an en-suite bathroom with a shower as well as a double bed room with AC and en-suite bathroom with shower too. On the ground floor you'll find the 3rd bathroom in the house, with independent shower and tub, and 3 more bedrooms, two of them with twin beds and the last one with a double bed. All bedrooms have AC but one, the coolest one that features a fan. A baby cot and a high chair are available. The house is equipped with oil central heating.

The property is about 4 km from Son Servera, a town near the coast where you'll find bars, supermarkets, restaurants, etc. The nearest beach is Platja sa Marjal, only 5 km away. The golf course of Son Servera is located only 6 km away.

Très bon séjour dans une belle maison spacieuse avec un jardin magnifique. La terrasse donne sur le trou 3 du golf de Pulla. On a bien apprécié les agrumes du jardin.

Wir waren als Gruppe dort und sehr zufrieden. Alles sehr sauber und ordentlich. Zuvorkommende Vermieter bei Fragen und Wünschen. Pool war wie abgebildet mit extra Tüchern für die Liegen. Gern wieder.

Huset er som sådan meget fint. Dog 1 værelse uden vindue og kun med en vifte som aircon. Huset ligger på en temmelig befærdet vej, men dog meget privat. Poolen er rigtig dejlig.

Sehr schöne Finca

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche in der Finca. Alles in allem war das Haus sehr großzügig, auch der Pool war sehr schön. Preis-/Leistung stimmt hier auf jeden Fall.Die Ausstattung war perfekt, nur vielleicht ein paar scharfe Messer wären schön gewesen. Fehlende Dinge wurden super zügig von Maria vorbeigebracht. Die Liegen könnten mal wieder ausgewechselt werden. Das Zimmer ohne Tageslicht ist gewöhnungsbedürftig.

Wow! The villa was amazing

Wow! The villa was amazing and had EVERYTHING you would want and need (fully equipped with utensils in the kitchen, English channels on the TV, outside BBQ, basketball hoop, etc). The place was even more beautiful that the pictures indicated, with a large amount of space around the villa. It was great to have access to our own large pool, which again is much bigger than the pictures indicated. On the first evening, we did not have any hot water, but I messaged the owners and they were responsive within 12 hours, and came early in the morning to fix it. Super polite, super proactive! The only must, is that you rent a car, as it is a distance to local amenities, but this was not a problem for us as we had one. Would definitely recommend! Beautiful. Thank you :)

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in Pula Vinas. Die Unterkunft war nochmal viel schöner, als es auf den Bildern gewirkt hat, wir haben uns sofort wie zuhause gefühlt. Es wurde an alles gedacht, sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und bis ins letzte Detail ausgestattet. Wir waren 6 Personen und es war perfekt vom Platz für jeden. Die Küche mit ihrer tollen Kücheninsel, sowie der Grill draußen waren unser Highlight. Abends zusammen sitzen auf der Terrasse und den Blick über die Landschaft gleiten zu lassen, während es langsam dunkel wurde - das war Urlaub! Unser größtes Highlight allerdings war natürlich der Pool im unteren Bereich des Hauses. Wirklich groß und genügend Liegemöglichkeiten, in der Sonne, wie im Schatten. Wichtig zu wissen, ist aber, dass es dort Wespen gibt, da direkt angrenzend ein paar Zitronenbäume stehen. Diese stören aber kaum, stellt man ihnen ein kleines Wasserdepot zur Seite, damit sie nicht den Pool nutzen müssen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen wieder!
