"The room was clean and tidy but had a strange bad smell. No freshness smell at all. The room was also very humid. When I arrived the temp was at 70 with the AC on, which was fine. This is the worst stay at a Hilton property for me. To be fair, other stays at Hilton properties have been good."

"The host seemed fine in the beginning but we encountered a terrible bug infestation inside the cabin we had fly's, beetles, and lady bugs, all over the cabin and falling from the cracks of the cabin into our beds and luggage. And we had to buy spray just contain them for our stay but i dont feel ..."

"We were very excited for our first family trip with our one year old for Christmas but there were too many roaches for us to feel comfortable even staying one night. We did get our money back except for the first night, which we never stayed, however, the cabin was nice other than that."
