We had an issue with the bathroom fan which was resolved promptly by a young man who took time to share local restaurant recommendations. "Charming hotel in the center of Cirencester with friendly staff. Rooms are on the small side but have everything you need. Note that there is no A/C but there was a fan in my room that kept things pleasantly cool. There is no lift so rooms may not be accessible for everyone (but they can help you carry your suitcases to the room). " We booked for a weekday night and enjoyed a very quiet and peaceful stay. The staff were incredibly kind and made everything clear from the moment we arrived. Upon entering our room, we were instantly impressed by the clean, spacious, and beautifully presented accommodation. It featured a large bathroom, a big TV, a kettle, a fridge, and a very comfortable bed. We even had a stunning view from our large open window overlooking the front car park (a lovely car park!).
