"Terrible check in nearly 2 hrs late due to housekeeping issues. All that was needed was a text message to let us know that there has been a delay. We did eventually speak to the manager after checking in who couldn't apologise enough when she called round to see us with gifts for the inconvenience & a free late checkout & said it was her top priority to sort out housekeeping so that this never happened again. "Not a fan of this hotel. It was very overpriced for what it was, and the pictures do not accurately reflect the inside: not modern, dingy, and covered with dead animal decor. Had I realized there would so many animal heads, I would have booked elsewhere - not to mention the giant deer facing the bed in the basement suite we got. It gave me the major creeps. And with no elevator, it was tough with the suitcases. I’d recommend looking elsewhere to stay."

"A beautiful residence in a wonderful neighbourhood location, close to museums, Hyde Park/Kensington Gardens, shopping, 2 central Tube stations, restaurants, and more. The room was very clean and quiet, with great amenities (kitchen, washer/dryer) and staff are very helpful. Would definitely book this again!"
