"It was a gorgeous little place. Lovely to be right in the centre of Cirencester and not have to drive anywhere. The beds were comfy and the bedding and pillows were so soft. Our breakfast the next morning was gorgeous with fresh croissants served to us, options for fruit yoghurt and cereals and a cooked breakfast to order which was delicious. We even had our own little dining room to ourselves. I would definitely go back it was a lovely stay! "

"A stunning old inn, clean and beautifully refurbished. Quiet, with a fabulous restaurant, charming lounge rooms, hot showers, spacious rooms, and really friendly and accommodating staff - Alex was exceptional. Not sure how accessible it is for someone who has difficulty with stairs - so maybe check with the venue if that might be a problem for you (perhaps they have ground floor rooms??). We intended to stay one night but stayed two because it was so comfortable. Loved it. Expedia had the best...

"We were upgraded to the Cuckoo suite which was lovely overlooking the lit gardens. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The Close breakfast menu was also very good with lots of choice, we had Eggs Benedict and Eggs Florentine which were very nice."

"The Snooty Fox is a lovely pub/hotel offering a cordial and welcoming atmosphere. Our room was beautifully decorated with a very comfortable bed. We enjoyed an evening meal and a very nice breakfast. The staff are terrific and efficient. Our short stay was enjoyable and great value for money. We’ll go back anytime.
