Let the unspoiled nature welcome your mornings with amazing views. Newly renovated villa that accommodates up to 8 people, has its own private heated pool and is less than 30 meters from the sea is awaiting for you. Enjoy your stay in the house that is surrounded by the nature, and that offers an ideal escape from the city lights and the noise.

All three bedrooms in the house are en suite with double beds, and with windows that allows you direct entrance to the terrace. Living room and indoor kitchen are fully equipped with all appliances you might need during your stay, which includes an air conditoning, an HD-TV and the Wi-Fi which is just a click away. All appliances and equipment in the house are yours to use, so you can feel just like at your own home. Feel like having a BBQ? We have you covered. Prepare your meal on the grill and dine at the outside dining area.

House is located in the very calm and small settlement named Nečujam on the Island of Šolta, and it offers an ideal vacation spot for relaxation. Nečujam with its latin name Vallisurda or the Deaf Bay stems from the very size of Nečujam bay, where any sound gets muffled and turned into a whisper. The tranquillity of the settlement, crystal clear waters, as well as never ending green vistas inspired some of the greatest poets of Croatian history. One of them, Marko Marulić, whose house still stands in the very center of the village. Nečujam bay is the largest bay on the Island, and according to many, the most beautiful one. It consists of numerous beaches and caves on both sides of the bay which you are free to explore.

Wunderschöne und erholsame Inseltage

Wir haben zwei wunschöne Wochen auf Solta in der Villa Sol verbracht. Das Haus ist perfekt für einen Familienurlaub. Es ist sehr gut und neuwertig, mit viel Geschmack eingerichtet. Alle Zimmer sind mit Klimaanlagen ausgestattet. Der Außenbereich ist gepflegt und mit viel Grün versehen, die Poolanlage ist großzügig und bietet viel Platz zum Entspannen. Das Meer liegt direkt vor der Haustür, schön angelegte, flach abfallende Strandbereiche sind nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Am Hauptstrand von Necjuam gibt es täglich frisches Brot. Ein Ausflug in das historische Split ist wegen der guten Fähranbindung überhaupt kein Problem. Ein ganz großes Kompliment gebührt dem Vermieter. Bruno ist immer erreichbar, kommuniziert in einem hervorragenden Deutsch. Seine Tips zum Inselleben (Restaurant, Bootsausflug) waren Volltreffer und Highlights unseres Urlaubes. Vielen Dank, lieber Bruno! Solta und Villa Sol bleiben hoffentlich ein Geheimtip ...

Villa Sol is a fantastic and in a great location. The house was immaculate and the property well laid out. There is plenty of sunshine by the pool and shade all around the house, keeping it from getting too hot indoors. Although the kitchen is small, it is well stocked. A couple of ice cube trays are all it needs. :) The bedrooms, all en suite, are a good size with comfortable beds. We loved the 30-second walk to the sea and enjoyed a swim a couple of times of day. The view from the outdoor dining table is lovely and we made good use of the great barbecue too. It is less than a 10-min walk to the beachfront in town and it was lovely enjoying a drink at Phil's Beach Bar on a few evenings. You can also do great walks/hikes from the house going left or right on the road that runs along the seafront. One thing I would recommend is you do a grocery shop before getting on the ferry. Although we did still need to use the main Studenac in Grohote, it is not a great store. During the week, there is also a small fruit/veg market in the parking lot next to the store. Finally, Bruno, our host, is first rate! He sent comprehensive information before our stay, was waiting for us on arrival and clearly wants to ensure his guests have a great stay in his lovely home. If you are considering a stay on the island of Solta and you will have a car, this is the house you should book.

Magical villa with beautiful views in a peaceful location

This villa is absolutely gorgeous! It has 3 good sized bedrooms all with air conditioning and lovely ensuites. There is a large indoor dinning table and a kitchen with plenty of crockery, a hob, cooker and microwave enabling you to self cater. There is a lovely sofa , tv and hifi unit. There is a beautiful private outdoor pool with sunbeds and cushions, perfect for relaxing and cooling off in the heat! The outdoor area is very well maintained with a variety of shaded seating and dining areas with lovely views of the sea. The stone fire and BBQ offers the opportunity for cooking outdoors. The jasmine was in flower during our stay and the aroma was delightful.

Sehr schönes und super gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus, mit viel Liebe eingerichtet, tolle und hochwertige Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten rund um das Haus mit genügend Sonnenschutz. Tolle und ruhige Lage (wir waren in der Nachsaison), die 30m zum Meer stimmen ;-). Bruno ist sehr hilfsbereit und lässt keine Fragen und Wünsche offen. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen und gelungenen Urlaub.

Lovely house. Splendid location.

A spacious and modern home located in a quiet are of Necujam. Close to the water and close to the beach. Nice people renting out the house. No problem in recommending other to come here.
