Villa BIANCO is one of the most beautiful pool villas on the Dalmatian coast and is located in a wonderful Mediterranean garden in the middle of a UNESCO protection zone, with a view of the sea. The newly built house, built in the typical stone house style, blends harmoniously into the traditional buildings of the listed location and exudes high-quality Mediterranean living culture.

The exclusive Villa BIANCO offers 3 elegant, highly comfortable bedrooms with their own dressing room, bathroom & toilet, a spacious kitchen and another room with two single beds. 120 m2 of terrace area are located around the house and on the upper floor and offer a direct view of the sea.

Neatness and cleanliness have the highest priority in this villa.

The exceptional 3 holiday homes Villa del Mar, Villa Azzurro and Villa Bianco guarantee a perfect vacation in complete privacy on a private plot of 3500 m2 on the wildly romantic and idyllic island of Solta. This small natural paradise is only 9 nautical miles from the mainland and the Dalmatian metropolis of Split with its exciting historical history and dreamy old town local tasty products and great shopping opportunities.

Each of our villas is unique and created for guests with high demands, noble & individual, with a lot of privacy and freedom to relax body and mind.

The villas enjoy a wonderful location in the small pituresque marina of Rogac. Villa del Mar is located directly on the sea and behind it opens the very beautiful property as a Mediterranean garden with the embedded villas Azzurro and Bianco. The next small bathing beach with crystal clear water is only a few steps away. If you enjoy chartering and bringing a boat with you, you will find our support here to get a berth in the field of vision of the villa. Summer happiness is a real joy!

Brilliant

Hello Johannes, as you know our family group of 12 (2 staying nearby) ranged from 10-77 years including 6 grandchildren so: * the location was perfect * the villa was lovely * the bikes were a tremendous and much appreciated asset (we didn’t need to hire a car) * and the kayaks just made the holiday. I do believe that every member of the family will remember this one for many years to come. Perfect 🎷🎷🎷

Beautiful spot on Solta!

I was very excited to stay at this house. Check in was seamless, Kristian was very welcoming. His hospitality was the best part of the stay. The house is big and airy. The outdoor areas are the best. We had a couple technical issues, one of the bathrooms gave off an odor but Kristian came right away to remedy the issue. We arrived after the season was over so things were kinda shut down. Pool never got warm enough to really enjoy it. For the most part our stay was great!!

Great, amazing villa, location and food.

We spent a week - 2 families. Great holiday. Great villa with everything what you need (including kayaks and bikes), great location, quiet, with beautifull view. Kristian was very helpful with everything. Evening and dinner at Restaurant he recommended was amazing. The island itself also great - not too big to bike, not many tourists, not crowded. We like Royal and Maslinica very much.

Villa Azzurro- Dalmatian Delight!

This property exceeded our expectations! The villa itself is superb and the staff were so helpful and responsive to every question! The kayaks and bicycles available are perfect! They even arranged a special pick up for us to enjoy an island hopping boat tour. Very rare to find a fairly pristine island like Solta with great access by ferry to explore the wonders of Split! I couldn't be happier. Our week provided some very, very special life long memories!
