The magnificent SoltaLife property is located in the heart of Maslinica. New built entirely in the traditional style in bright Dalmatian stone with green window fronts, it is an exclusive residence in the best location on the very beautifully landscaped grounds. As its inhabitants, your gaze rises uniquely over the beautiful modern marina with all its yachts, sailing boats and catamaran. The wide large sun terrace with open view captures all that this place has so particularly power: the turquoise blue sea, the impressive castle Martinis Marchi, a dreamlike archipelago of 7 islets with quite unforgettable sunsets.
SoltaLife offers a magnificent home for up to 9 people and offers air-conditioned living rooms, heatable, high-speed internet, free parking and a summer kitchen in the exterior of the house. On the first floor are two bedrooms, one with double bed, the other with two single beds and the corresponding large comfortable bathroom with shower, WC and washing machine. Modern kitchen area with oven, stove, dishwasher, large refrigerator and dining area. In the open living area with inviting large sofa with flatscreen TV it goes through bright open fronted windows directly to the large chill out terrace with a high relaxation factor and unique view of the sea and Aquatorium before Maslinica.

Just perfect! Best part of our holiday!

We were so lucky to come across this island and apartment on a random search. From the moment we arrived, we were stunned by how magical Maslinica felt and only a short ferry ride from Split. we had a lovely surprise, when Zoran sent his two children to meet us from the bus ( which we'd taken from the ferry Port- Rogac). The apartment was lovely, comfy beds, air con, a well equipped kitchen and living room to watch the Paris Olympics and plenty of space for the 6 of us. The big balcony had a beautiful view of the harbour. The icing on the cake for the kids was the free use of all the water equipment and bikes.

Just heavenly !

From initially booking to leaving on the last day Zoran the owner made it seamlessly easy! Set in the heart of Maslinica over looking the bay is this wonderful characterful villa that has been tastefully renovated by its current owners. The villa is full of charm with all the luxuries of modern appliances and technology. We are a family of three, our son being 10 years old. The villa if perfect for those just wanting to relax and take in the scenery while sat on your private roof balcony drinking some local wine. Alternatively it is a great base to explore the many delights of the island. The villa is just breathtaking, the photos are good as they are do not do it real justice. Thank you Zoran and your family for allowing us to use your home, we will be back! Duncan, Annie & Alfie
