Room cleanliness was very poor. Staff were generally approachable and helpful. Spa was ok but cleanliness was poor. Breakfast (included) was very limited.

Green Dragon Hotel
Breakfast good, would have liked s rambled eggs as on low fat diet. Room cold to start with. Needed brighter bedside light. Like to read in bed and keep warm

Gloucester Robinswood Hotel by Sunday
After check in, we went to our room (140) which had a double bed in one room and 2 sofa beds in the adjoining room, lots of space for everyone! Lovely bright and airy 2 bed apartment with balcony. Great location opposite the park with a few minute walk into Gloucester centre and quays.
