  • In Sóller, very near the beach, the beautiful 2-storey holiday home Can Joi is situated in a quiet residential area and enchants its guests with a breathtaking outdoor area. The dreamlike accommodation has a living room, a very well-equipped kitchen, a laundry room, a dining room, 2 bedrooms, and a bathroom, accommodating up to 4 people. Amenities also include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a TV, a cot, and a high chair. The ultimate highlight is the furnished terrace, where you have a fantastic panoramic view of Port de Sóller, the bay with its turquoise blue water, and the beach. In addition, a small, beautifully landscaped garden section with sun loungers invites you to relax and enjoy a carefree holiday. A selection of restaurants are within a radius of 100 m, and a supermarket is 1.3 km away. The sandy beach Platja d'en Repic is only a few metres away.



    Please note that the property is a semi-detached house (not an isolated house).



    There are cats in the vicinity of the property.



    This is a self-catering property. Linen, bath towels, toilet paper on arrival, and other basic amenities are supplied. Guests are expected to purchase their own after using what is provided. For hygienic reasons, no food leftovers are left at the property.

Amazing House

Property was amazing, the view of Port Soller was spectacular from our gorgeous balcony, the house is a great size , plenty of space outside . The grounds had gorgeous potted plants everywhere. Enjoying fantastic meals and cocktails on the balcony, just takin in the view of the mountains, House was very clean and the owner had everything you needed and more, also Mats was extremely helpful with all our transfers. Shops and lots of good restaurants nearby. Also beach just walking distance. Definitely a house to book, you will not be disappointed in anyway, we had fantastic holiday, will be back again.

Es ist so wunderschön hier!!!

dass wir direkt verlängert haben. Das Haus ist wunderschön, die Aussicht grandios. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur ist problemlos, obwohl mein Telefon ausgefallen ist (Provider-Wechsel). Wir kommen definitiv wieder!!!! Danke für die wunderschöne Zeit, die wir hier verbringen durften - nach langer dunkler "Durststrecke" in Deutschland.

Gute Lage, Terasse mit super Aussicht

Pros: Aussicht und Lage Cons: War alles ok. Die Treppen zur Wohnung können für Gehbehinderte oder ältere Personen zum Problem werden. Dies sollte im Beschrieb unbedingt erwähnt werden.

Schönes Haus, gute Lage, alles sauber, Einrichtung mit Stil. Der Mitarbeiter der Agentur vor Ort ( Mats) ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, antwortete umgehend auf WhatsApp oder Telefon. Ein Problem im Haus: Die Schlafzimmer sind im Obergeschoss und das Bad mit Toilette ist im Erdgeschoss, verbunden mit einer recht steilen Treppe. Das ist nachts etwas beschwerlich…

Tolle Lage und sehr netter Vermieter

Pros: Das Haus hat eine tolle Lage und einen wunderbaren Blick. Es liegt nahezu direkt am Strand und verfügt über alles was man für einen Aufenthalt benötigt. Hervorzuheben ist Mats, der Vermieter. Er war immer erreichbar und super freundlich. Ganz toll. Cons: Leider hat das direkt angrenzende Haus sehr viele Katzen die auch häufiger zu uns ins Haus kamen. Zudem nutzen die Katzen den Garten gerne als Toilette. Was teilweise etwas unangenehm war. Dies wurde aber nach Meldung beim Vermieter immer sehr schnell entfernt.

Schönes Haus mit gepflegtem Garten

Pros: Das Haus liegt über der Bucht von Port de Soller. Der Strand, die Restaurants, Bars und ein kleines Lebensmittelgeschäft ist in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen. Wohnzimmer, Küche und Badezimemr sind im EG, die 2 schönen und mit Klimaanlagen ausgestattenen SZ im Obergschoß. Ausstattung ist gehoben und sehr sauber. Von der großen Terrasse ist der Blick über die Bucht und die Sierra Tramuntana wunderschön. Für den Blick auf den Sonnenuntergang in den Bergen allein kommen wir wieder. Wir waren anfangs etwas unsicher, was die unter dem Haus liegende Straße und eine eventuelle Lärmbelästigung angeht. Aber auch hier Entwarnung. Lediglich ein Motorrad nervte wenige Male. Bitte beachten: Das Haus liegt am Hang und ist über eine 35-stufige Treppe im schönen Garten zu erreichen. Man sollte also gut zu Fuß und bei Kräften sein.

Traumhafte Lage des Hauses mit Meerblick und toller Terrasse.

Pros: Lage des Hauses war zentral, dennoch ruhig und an der Promenade; Restaurants in kurzer Entfernung erreichbar; sehr gut funktionierende Klimaanlage bzw. Heizung in allen Zimmern. Das WLAN war sehr gut. Der Gastgeber hat zur Begrüßung eine Flasche Weißwein, Knabbereien, Orangen, Zitronen und Wasser bereitgestellt. Eine sehr nette Überraschung. Cons: Das Badezimmer für 4 Erwachsene war viel zu klein und hatte kaum Ablagemöglichkeiten. Der Wasserdruck im Bad war katastrophal, so dass das Duschen eine Zumutung war. Der Zugang zum Haus durch einen zwar traumhaft schönen Garten war sehr steil und evt. für ältere Menschen nicht geeignet. Das Heraufschleppen des Gepäckes war sehr mühsam. Die Treppe im Haus in das obere Stockwerk war ebenfalls ungewöhnlich steil. Am Haus und auf der Terrasse stromern den ganzen Tag mindestens 5 Katzen von den Nachbarn herum, die gefüttert werden wollen.

Perfect in every way

From the moment you arrive to the town you know it’s going to be special. Then there is this property!!!!! It is truly enchanting, perfection, and utterly breathtaking. The living spaces are spacious. The view and location will blow your mind. You are just the shortest walk to the beach town that is filled with restaurants and gelato, and all kinds of shopping. You are just far enough away that you are not caught up in the busyness, but closes enough to go back and forth if you forget something. The town is perfect for small children and young teens - it is most definitely a family town but has plenty for mature adults. Shopping , spas, boat rentals, paddle boards everything one would need for a perfect vacation. The evenings on the porch, the cats all around (we LOVE animals) the gardens were so special. There is a local butler service you can call on to stock your home if you don’t want to go to the grocery store, but I kinda like shopping in far away grocery stores. We rented a car, but you don’t really need to if you are staying in Soller , there is a trolley that takes you from beach to the bigger town - Saturday street festival is really spectacular. The host was very easy to communicate with. WE LOVED IT HERE!

Perfect location

Beautiful home steps from the beach. Lovely east facing patio overlooking the bay for evening dinners out of the heat. Please note that this property is not appropriate for those who are mobility impaired. Simple, functionally equipped kitchen. Comfortable bedrooms. We did not use the dining or living rooms, since the outdoor patio was so perfect. Has a washer dryer. Parking was easy on the street out front.
