Summary:
Delight in our peaceful retreat in Solana Beach, known for warm winds, rich history, and stunning shores. This ILI-designed home, available for the first time in it's history, offers a mix of rustic charm and modern comfort. Enjoy breathtaking ocean vistas from your bed or relax in our 6-person hot tub and expansive backyard. After a day of exploration, our wood fireplace awaits. Near pristine beaches and the Cedros design district, our sanctuary combines intimate living with coastal elegance.

The Space:
Inside, you'll find two bedrooms, each with their on en-suite bathrooms. The family room is also available and features a pull-out queen-sized bed for additional guests (the 3rd bedroom). There's also space for one more in the family room/3rd bedroom on the couch for a total of 7 maximum guests.

Guest Access:
Guests will receive a door code prior to check-in.

Marview Heights, a highly sought-after neighborhood in Solana Beach, offers a harmonious blend of coastal charm and urban convenience. With dazzling views of the Pacific Ocean and easy access to the city, it provides a tranquil setting for residents. Close to ocean surfing, shopping, and transportation options like the coaster, Marview Heights is a vibrant community perfect for those seeking a dynamic lifestyle in a serene coastal setting.

Other Things to Note:
**PLEASE NOTE** - The 3rd bedroom is a separate room with a door and has one sofa sleeper and one space on the 2nd couch. Please review the photos to make sure this meets your requirements.

Great house near the beach

Great location and great house. The property has a wonderful patio in the back and the hot tub was easy to use and really great. The location is ideal—near the beach and great walks and close to the PCH and I-5. Would definitely come back.

Beautiful stay in a lovely neighborhood

I stayed here for a week with my family, including 3 kids. We appreciated multiple sleeping spaces and bathrooms. Nick was a great host, good and timely communication. The house itself was lovely, well appointed and comfortable. The hot tub was great to have and use on chilly evenings. The view was wonderful and the neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. I would absolutely stay here again if we come back.

Comfortable, clean home with a great view and a great location

We stayed in Nick's home for a week and really enjoyed the house. Its very clean, the beds are comfortable, the hot tub was great, and the view is lovely. There is a great trail just a couple of blocks away and we were able to walk to the beach a few times (its just about a mile away). Nick was an exceptional host - he always responded quickly to our questions and was able to resolve an issue within just a few hours when we asked for help. Overall - highly recommend!

Wonderful home

Perfect Location

Close to the beach with ocean view but none of the noise! Also a beautiful garden to enjoy with hot tub. Would rent again & recommend. Only improvement I would recommend is to add a Fire-stick to the 2 non-smart TVs.

Exceptional home!

My best friend and cousin stayed at this lovely home for a week with our children. The home was perfect. The patio with ocean views was magnificent and where we spent much of our time grilling and hanging out. It was close to EVERYTHING and especially the beach. My husband and I will definitely be back!

Incredible property in a great location.

Our family of four absolutely loved staying at this home in Solano Beach. The views were spectacular and the outdoor Jacuzzi made it so relaxing to watch the sunset. The convenience and privacy of this location cannot be understated. It’s on top of hill overlooking the ocean in a very quiet neighborhood. It’s only a short walk down to Fletcher Cove beach, shops, restaurants, and a playground. The beds are so comfortable and the house contains everything you need for your stay. Check-in was very easy and informative videos helped to explain the house rules as well as provided options for activities and restaurants. My family will definitely be returning to this house whenever we come to San Diego.

Beautiful, relaxing home in Solana Beach

We enjoyed staying at this lovely Solana Beach home and woiuld recommend it to anyone. It was beautifully decorated, immaculate, and was fully stocked with new kitchen appliances, utensils and tableware. The large bedrooms both had their own bathrooms, and there was a pretty, small guest bath near the den. The house looked like it was just recently renovated, with very high quality craftsman-ship. The hosts provided some great books on design, cooking and entertainment, which we thoroughly enjoyed. If you are not aware, Solana Beach has a large number of high-end design shops on its main street. (They are great for getting some ides for your own home.) The garden and lanai were especially nice, and we grew to appreciate them more and more the longer we stayed. While the lanai provides a very nice place to sit outside, we appreciated the view of the lanai and garden even more from the inside. The house is surrounded by other homes, but you see none of this when you are inside looking toward the ocean. Instead, you see wide ocean spaces, with green plants and beautiful flowers (even a rose garden). This really makes the home a lovely place to relax and enjoy your time there. In fact, we felt so comfortable in the house that we just stayed there a couple of days without going out! On a more practical note, the house is well-located and close to Del Mar and Encinitas. It is only a few minutes from a Von's Grocery, Panera, and other similar establishments.

Our second home

This house is in a beautiful beach neighborhood in Solana Beach and walking distance to everything in town and great exercise! The house was so homey and the beds were amazing. The kitchen was fully equipped and so many towels! lol. The backyard and front yard had views of the ocean. When we weren’t in the go, it was a great place to relax and hang out! We will for sure be back!
