Step out onto your private ocean-view balcony to take in the breeze and welcome a new day seaside.

Retreat to the primary bedroom, where comfort awaits with a luxurious King bed and an en suite bathroom. In the guest room, discover a cozy twin bed with a convenient twin trundle, accompanied by a charming loft area featuring a full-size futon, perfect for kids. Outside, the community offers beautifully manicured walking paths inviting you to the many amenities, including a sparkling pool and bubbling spa, or direct access to the beach.

Things To Note About This Property:
- Stays of 30 nights or longer are managed by P.S. Platinum Property Management, Inc. (DRE 02215202) and are subject to additional lease terms.
- Maximum occupancy of 5, sleeps 4 people in beds (1 King bed, 1 Twin bed, 1 Twin Trundle, 1 Full Futon)
- P.S. Platinum has partnered with Truvi, a verification platform. Upon booking, you will be asked to complete a verification prompt along with your rental agreement.
- The home requires the navigation of stairs, with multiple stories as well as several stairs to access the beach.
- This property enforces a No Smoking policy, both within and outside the home - NO EXCEPTIONS
- Due to the mild coastal climate, this home, like many others in the area, is not equipped with air conditioning.
- This home is located in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no-tolerance policy around loud noise, excessive drinking that is disruptive to neighbors, over-occupancy, and parties.

5/5 Great Location with Stunning Views

We had a wonderful stay at this retreat in the Solana Beach area. The location is fantastic, with great proximity to local restaurants and amenities. The view from the balcony is extremely nice, and it was a lovely touch to have beach chairs and an umbrella provided for our use. The beds were comfortable and clean, making for a restful stay. The house could use a little refreshment, such as a fresh coat of paint and some attention to detail. Some doors and locks were difficult to close and could use calibration. We didn’t use kitchen much as we mostly enjoyed the local dining spots, however it looked well stocked. Overall, a very pleasant stay with just a few minor improvements needed!

Amazing property

We had a very warm welcome leading up to our stay and upon checkin were enamoured with the entire property. Fantastic location close to all of the amenities and highway. We could walk to restaurants and shops. The beach was so close and we loved hearing the sounds of the ocean from the property. Kids were amused to see surfers from the deck at all times. The hosts were great to work with, communicative and helpful. The property was spotless and well stocked with all of the amenities. Would highly recommend this property and the host. 12/10 rating if I could!

The condo made our vacation!

We really wanted a vacation where we weren’t just taking our kids to amusement parks and wanted to enjoy California’s beach… that’s exactly what we got with this trip. We were steps away from the staircase down to the beach. Enjoy the view, and the sounds of the beach at night. The condo is clean and had everything we needed. It fit our family of five perfectly. Thank you for a great experience, and I will definitely be interested in renting his condo in the future.

Wonderful stay

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this property. Great location, easy access to the beach, restaurants, freeway close for traveling to tourist spots. Communication with Beach Haus rentals was very thorough and easy.

Private beach access. Great neighborhood.

Really nice place for our family vacation. We have a one year old and the they prepared toys for beach, high chair and baby bath tub, which made our days much easier. Private beach access is only a few steps away. The location is great. Five mins drive to multiple grocery stores, and this neighborhood offers many great dining options. The house is super clean with everything you'd need. Really fantastic and highly recommend!

Breeders Cup 2021

The property was right on the ocean and wonderful for a morning coffee and a stroll to take in the ocean views. The location worked out great for our adventure at the horse races and everything you could need was close by. It was a perfect spot to decompress after a crazy 18 months for everyone.
