The best friendly host in the world !

Extremely spacious and clean apartment.This place is very convenient for me because I care about perfect hygiene. Every month I travel for work in Sofia and in the future I will stay only in this apartment. There is not a gathering of many people here. Disinfect regularly every day. The beds are very comfortable to sleep. Mattresses and pillows are disinfected and smell fresh. The apartment is furnished with new furniture. I have everything I need and I feel at home. The hosts are wonderful people and helped me a lot during my stay. The location of the building is on a quiet street near the central metro station. There is a wonderful terrace with mountain views and lots of flowers. Fast and free Wi-Fi. I recommend this apartment to everyone who travels on business to Sofia to stay here.
Home made yoghurt from the apartment host. Every day she put in my fridge fresh home made yoghurt.

I will book this apartment again for my next trip

Very clean apartment. Extremely high hygiene. Wide and well furnished apartment. It is located on a very quiet street in the city center. There is a nice terrace with great mountain views. The bed in the bedroom has a very comfortable mattress. The living room has a large desk and high speed internet - great working conditions. The hosts are very kind and took very good care of me during my stay in this apartment. My plane landed very late at Sofia Airport. The hosts met me at the airport and together we went to the apartment. In the apartment had delicious food and fresh bread, soft drinks, beer and water. It was very nice to be offered homemade "Caramel Cream" and homemade yogurt. I didn't have to look up late at night for an open restaurant to eat. Thank you very much to everyone for the warm welcome and care for me. This is an excellent place to accommodate and work for business travelers. I will book this apartment again for my next trip to Sofia.

Sicuramente torneremo in questo appartamento.

La posizione è perfetta, la proprietaria molto gentile e disponibile anche parli molto bene italiano. La pulizia è ottima. Siamo stai un paio di giorni, e non abbiamo trovato di che lamentarci. Molto comodo in quattro persone. Si è esattamente nel cuore di Sofia, a due passi da tutto! Torneremo sicuramente a Sofia, e sicuramente torneremo in questo appartamento.

Everything was very clean and new.

The location of this apartment is perfect ! A quiet street right in the heart of the city. Apartment had everything we needed, perfect for business trip. Really great place and service.

We were warmly welcomed when we arrived. The place is quiet although is located in the top center. There is subway station very close. It is convenient to walk everywhere and there are many attractions,restaurants and coffee shops nearby. The apartment itself is very comfortable, with trendy decor, spacious rooms and exceptionally well equipped. Amazing host, who would go the extra mile to make sure your stay is as easy and pleasant as possible. We had everything we needed for our stay. I would definitely recommend this place.

We could not get a better place.

The host was very friendly and helpful. The apartment was comfortable for a couple with a nice shower and a big bedroom. Good Wi-Fi internet. Parking in the building yard. Good neighborhood, it takes about 5 minutes to the centar of Sofia by foot. This was perfect place. Hope we will back.

We would thoroughly recommend this property.

The location of the apartment and the design were perfect. The hosts have thought of every single little detail and the self check in was great and quite conviniently desribed in advance. I will stay only here when i come in Sofia city.

It was my best Hotels.com experience so far including all my trips all around the world. It was clean. Vwry clean house, perfectly decorated, just in the center, very close to restaurants shops and anything a tourist could need, pretty safe(polis guard was waiting just across the street at all times) and guarantee parking in case you come with a car. Plus Mrs.David was an amazing host that helped us with everything we need even giving small presents to us at the end of our trip. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Sofia. Thanks sooooo much Mrs.David for everything.

Amazing house!! I love it forever!

Very clean and comfortable apartment. Good communication with the host. Thank you for refreshments! We really enjoyed that! Property was reasonably well equipped. Kitchen area was tiny, no equipment for use in microwave. No plug in kitchen sink and a washing up bowl that was far too big. Bath was about an inch away from wall, no plug or shower curtain, so floor would have gallons of water on it when you used shower.

The unique part is that there is no reception desk or any visible staff. You are seen upon arrival, acquainted with how it works and told where to drop off the key prior to departure. You are basically on your own, which I had no any issue with. The location is admirable and what else would one need in addition to a clean and air-conditioned room? If you are looking for a five-star accommodation, look somewhere else. But if you need a decent and affordable place, do not hesitate. All in all, I would stay there again.

Great place,good value for money,will visit again.

This apartment was awesome! Its location is great - you are in the center of the city and at the same time in a quiet area! The hosts were very friendly and easy to communicate. Everything inside is new and the way how is decorated is unique, stylish and made from someone with good taste. It has everything you need either for short or longer stay. Suits perfectly couples and business trvelers.

Amazing friendly host !

I feel this place is located in the best possible place in Sofia. All the furniture is new and comfortable and you cannot have a better location if you want to go around the city or go out for the night. New building with elevator. Parking space is in inside yard. Very clean and spacious room with comfortable bed. Free Wi-Fi and free Minibar full with good drinks and snacks. And amazingly friendly host. She speak very good English. Highly recommend this place to anyone.

Home away from home !

The property has an amazing location next to the "Lavov most" underground and convenient for everything. The apartment is very spacious and has a lovely balcony. Perfect that there are parking places in inside yard. The host was very friendly and spaek very good English and help me a lot. Free Wi-Fi, complimentary products in mini-bar, good air-condition, very comfortable beds. I also asked for one more extra hour before the check-out and they were all fine with that. We really enjoyed the apartment. It was clean, convenient, and very, very comfortable. We felt it was definitely a home away from home. Very good value for money. Highly recommended.

The best place where i stay in Sofia city.

SUPER apartment, well situated (only 5 minutes by foot from the center - and 25 minutes by metro/subway from the airport). The host is simply amazing and highly devoted to her guess. The apartment has everything you need for short or long term stay. Great for a couple with or without kids or for a group of friends. If you wish to cook, there's a Billa and Lild supermarkets only 2 minutes away (see on Google Maps). The apartment is also in an historically interesting part of town and within easy walking distance of the pedestrian boulevard which is full of excellent restaurants and shops. In any case, I definitely recommend Alexander Business Apartments, you will not regret! Enjoy !

I’m sorry to say that I absolutely hated my stay here. The visit started out on the wrong foot when the owner sent me several messages asking when I would check in then when I arrived at the exact time stated to meet her and get the keys, I was told the apartment wasn’t cleaned and wouldn’t be ready for over an hour (yes, I was in the normal check-in hours, was not requesting special service). More alarmingly, I had neighbors come by at 11:30 pm banging the door and ringing the bell. When I asked them what they wanted, they demanded that I open the door and were trying to turn the handle and open the door themselves. When I made it clear that there was NO WAY I was opening the door, they conferred for a minute then told me they couldn’t sleep with my air-conditioning on. Fine, I’ll sleep in 90° weather with no AC because the the walls are apparently that thin. This is also a sketchy neighborhood so frankly, the whole thing was terrifying and probably not about the AC at all. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

The location is exactly in the center.

We loved this luxury house! Very clean, comfortable, fully equipped and very welcoming hosts! Very central location and everything was nearby. Just 100 meters from underground "Lavov most". We can go fast and easy everywhere. We recommended it, especially for a business travelers with family, it is ideal!
