Ski getaway

My family and I rented this unit for a ski getaway. The reviews and pictures looked nice so we went for it. Unfortunately our stay was not enjoyable. The location to the mountain was good as we could walk to skiing and parking was easy but other than that this unit is not worth the price.The unit was not cleaned properly before we arrived. There was hair and grime on the floors when we came in. Under the bed in my son’s room was trash from previous guests. The bedding was ripped and hanging down in the bunk beds. The tiles in the kitchen are cracked and broken with whole tiles coming up under your feet as you walk in the kitchen. Grout was also constantly coming up and sticking to our socks anytime we were in the kitchen. We arrived to a full dishwasher that needed to be unloaded and also dirty pots and pans that needed to be cleaned before cooking. There was mold in the bathrooms and food in the couch cushions. The heaters don’t work in the living room and one of the bedrooms. The fireplace was also not functioning during our stay and the pilot went out causing gas to leak into the unit. There were space heaters to use in the living room and a malfunctioning one that could be used in the bedroom. The dryer turns on but took an average of 5-7 hours to dry a normal load. Maintenance was helpful as we called multiple times but owner has not bee understanding of our issues. Do not rent this unit.

Amazing place

Would definitely stay here again. Very cozy spot, not too far from the mountain at all. Just up the stairs, cross one parking lot and you're in the village! Loved it here!

Pleasant comfort

Highly recommend this place! It is perfect for a visit to Snowshoe. The property is clean & offers everything you need for cooking & comfortable stay. Property manager checked in frequently to ensure we were enjoying our stay, very positive experience! Getting up the stairs to The Village was quite the effort, but convenient. Also shuttle bus comes by, but best to call ahead. We waited for shuttle bus on a Tuesday for 15 min, then decided to climb the steps to go ski, so that was a little disappointing, but understand there aren't a many shuttle buses during the week. Overall, very pleasant stay.

Perfect place for a ski weekend

This place was perfect for our group- we had two families staying, 4 kids and 4 adults total. The location was great, and we were able to walk to most restaurants and shops no problem. The kids enjoyed playing in the snow right outside of our place and they loved the bunk bed room too. Thanks for a great weekend!

Snowshoe Snow-in

We had an absolute blast staying at Summit 108B! A perfect ski chalet-style condo for staying close to Snowshoe village and just a short walk to the slopes. The kitchen was fully stocked and able to fit all of our needs. The back porch grill is older but extremely reliable even in below freezing weather. The fireplace is absolutely perfect for drying your ski gear after a long day on the slopes to prepare for night skiing. Will definitely book again! Thanks for the memories! - James

Fun few days at Summit in Snowshoe

Very convenient to village, restaurants, shops, slopes. Have to walk up approximately 70 metal steps and cross the street and you’re in the village. Glad to have three separate bedrooms, comfortable living area with gas fireplace, two full bathrooms, plenty of space heaters. Enjoyed view out back deck and watching the deer. Parking was easy for both cars, did not require parking pass. Cabinets stocked with cooking essentials and even spices/seasonings/coffee.

Great space, cozy and lots of room for family. Short walk to village and host was responsive and helpful. Beautiful area and the three bedroom was bigger than anticipated with great space for all we packed. I will definitely be looking for more stays here.

Great Customer Service

Overall, the property and experience was great with only a few hiccups but the customer service responses were impeccable! One of the stools was broken, but they responded immediately. We had a “weird” encounter with a “neighbor”, and the maintenance guy was very reassuring that he would handle it for us and made us feel very valued and well taken care of. The only issues were that the property only provides two parking passes for a 3 bedroom unit but it’s a property policy rather than the unit/owner. For anyone staying with children, pack & plays only fit in two of the 3 bedrooms.

Amazing Weekend

This was our fist time at Snowshoe and the location of this property is perfect! Just a quick walk up the stairs and you are at the slopes. The condo accommodated our group of 7 easily and had everything we needed for our snowboarding and skiing trip. Highly recommend this property if youre looking for a clean, quiet, and convenient place to stay!

Wonderful Family and Friends Snow Skiing Trip!

This was the first time my wife, son, daughter, and two friends of our kids had gone snow skiing. We had such a wonderful time at 108B Summit Condo and at Snowshoe Mountain Resort! Two of our group did not want to Ski, and the condo had plenty of room for them to hangout even when all of us were in the condo. It felt like home away from home. We had the Snowshoe grocery delivery service deliver our groceries the day we checked in, and they had all the groceries put away before we had even arrived. We cooked every meal in the condo. Even with all our snow skiing clothes, equipment, and food prep, we never felt cramped. Such a great place. They property management responded immediately with any question or issue we had. The only issue that occurred was the internet going out. They had it back up within an hour. Could not recommend this place enough!! Great access to the village and the slopes!

Great view but fireplace wasn't working

The condo was very comfortable and we enjoyed the view. We were disappointed that the fireplace was not working. The heat was not working the first night but we were brought plug in heaters that night which was fine. The day bed in the living room was missing slats and needs to be fixed. Other than that we were comfortable and the location was good. We were able to watch the sunset from our balcony and watch the deer.
