SOARING EAGLE #402 - 2 BEDROOMS, 2 BATHS - BEDDING: MASTER Pillowtop King Bed, flat screen TV, private bath with oval soaking tub, and separate shower, BR #2 Pyramid Bunk Bed (double down/twin up), plus another twin bed. Big flat screen TV with BluRayDVD. Their own private full bathroom. Gas Fireplace and Washer/Dryer. PLUS: Queen sofa bed in Living Room. 50" flat screen TV/DVD.

SLOPE SIDE Soaring Eagle is located about a mile from Snowshoe Village and is well connected to trail systems for bicycling, hiking, and walking.

BUILDING AMENITIES: Free WiFi, Free Long Distance Calling, Air Conditioning, Underground Heated Parking Garage, Deck / Balcony, Elevators, Hearth Room with Fireplace, Fitness Room, Jacuzzi on the patio terrace, Free Resort Shuttle Service, Bike Friendly Lodging, Ski Storage Lockers, Restaurant and Bar on Site (Seasonal), and On-Site Laundry Facility. The complex has stunning views, adjacent to the Soaring Eagle Express Lift. Located about a mile from Snowshoe Village, and is well connected to trail systems for bicycling, hiking, and walking.

~ Reservation holders must complete check-in requirements.
~ The reservation holder must submit a photo of their driver's license, and a selfie holding their driver's license for verification
~ A signed Rental Agreement must be returned within 24 hours of booking
~ No Pets - Pets found in non-pet properties are forbidden and will result in immediate eviction without refund and incur a $250.00 charge to the credit card on file
~ No Smoking or Vaping
~No large gatherings
~ Check in time is after 4:00 PM
~ Check out time is 10:00 AM
~ Mandatory quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am
~ Minimum age of reservation holder is 25
~ No mailbox access will be granted, no exceptions are made.
~ For homes with a private hot tub, a cleaning fee of $100.00 is charged at the time of booking.

Perfect Girls Weekend!

We had a wonderful stay this year. The location is great for ski in/out as well as the accommodations worked perfect for all of us. Will definitely be back for year 3 of our girls trip!

The location & unit were great! Our biggest complaint the entire trip was lack of food options in the resort and nearby areas (which we understand is out of control of the owners) our only suggestions to property managers and owners would be having more supplies available in the unit upon arrival (I.e., soap, shampoo, coffee, laundry detergent…..just some travel size starters)

Winter Wonderland

We had an amazing time on our Christmas 2022 trip. This was our first time skiing and while not every member of the family enjoyed skiing, we all enjoyed Snowshoe. This condo was perfect for our family of 5. The bunk room was comfortable for our boys (16, 14, 12). It was clean and well stocked. We really appreciated the heated parking garage to unload the car, wind chill was -10 when we arrived. The locker room for ski storage was convenient and the ski rental shop was right next door. My 16yo enjoyed the ski in/out feature with the lift being right there. The shuttle bus made it easy to get around the resort. We would definitely stay here again!

Clean, updated, exactly as advertised.

This unit was exactly as advertised. We had a small maintenance issue when we arrived but it was dealt with immediately. All staff at Snowshoe were friendly and helpful. The set up of the garage, lockers, and slopes were perfect. We had never been to snowshoe before so had a bit of a learning curve on how everything worked but really enjoyed our stay! Would definitely here again.

Great Property!

Loved our stay at this property. Our condo was extremely clean, updated, and had a perfect view of the mountains. The lodge location is steps to the lift and made it extremely easy for ski in/ski out. The lodge hearthroom was great for hanging out with family, 3 hot tubs with beautiful view, and bonus was the ski rental shop on-sight and underground parking. Was a little to far for us to walk to the village at night but was only a short 3 minute drive. Would definitely stay here again!

Enjoyed Our Stay

We enjoyed our stay at the Snowshoe condo. The condo was very clean and nicely decorated. It had very nice amenities including the gas fire place and the new deck chairs. We especially enjoyed the amazing view of the ski lift and mountains. The host was extremely responsive with our questions. We would definitely stay there again and appreciated the ski-in and ski-out ability. Overall a great place!

Beautiful place not great check in

This place was in a perfect location with the soaring eagle lift right behind you! It was very easy to get on the mountain if you’re riding. The only bad piece was you had to drive 20 minutes down the mountain to obtain your keys to the room.

Excellent Trip!

This was our first visit to Snowshoe and this condo was perfect. Plenty of space for our family to spread out and relax. We liked being able to access the ski lift right out of the building. Would definitely visit again.

Amazing space and location!

Winter Ski Vacation

This condo is possibly the nicest property we have rented, anywhere! I did a ton of research prior to choosing 402 in Soaring Eagle and I was disappointed in the options in the area, especially for the cost. Ski resorts can be tough because the rentals can get run down but this unit is immaculate! Super clean, great linens, comfy beds, well stocked kitchen, spacious bathrooms, everything is like new - it even smells new. The heated garage w/ direct access to the condo elevator was a huge bonus and the trash chute on the floor made our stay that much easier. The check in / check out process could not have been easier and the concierge was beyond helpful. If we make our way back to Snowshoe again, we will definitely look to reserve this property.

Soaring Eagle 402 is a great property

This was a very clean and fresh feeling property with a GREAT location just 100 feet from the Soaring Eagle lift. This is the nicest property in Snowshoe. The lodge has a wonderful common area with large fireplaces and live entertainment while we were here. I highly recommend this property. My only minor complaint is the bar stools are too short for the bar height. Please replace the bar stools and this place is PERFECT!
