We just completed a full renovation! Ski-in Ski-out remodeled Condo!! Walk out of the building and you are on the top of Ballhooter lift! This condo is on the village side and it is just a few steps from the exit of the building to the slopes.

Welcome to our ski condo #207 located in Mountain Lodge.
Our condo is remodeled with electric fireplace, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, new cabinets and beautiful hardwood floors. You will feel right at home with a queen in the first bedroom and two double beds in the second bedroom. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room. The condo sleeps 8. Both of the bedrooms and the living room are equipped with flat screen TV's, with lots of high definition channels and premium channels included in the lineup.
The kitchen is well stocked and includes a crock-pot, waffle maker, blender, toaster, coffee maker, and Keurig. There is not a dining room table, just the bar with stools and a coffee table that rises up to add four extra places to sit and eat.
There are two full bathrooms with a combination tub/shower in each.
The condo has a built-in ski rack with lots of extra hooks.
We have a washer/dryer located in the condo along with a boot dryer. Coin-operated laundry facilities are located down the hall by the elevator for larger loads.
Just a reminder...this is a mountain condo, and it does NOT have air-conditioning. There are several box fans provided.

Split Rock Pools and hot tubs are right next door. You must pay an additional daily fee to access this amenity.

Mountain Lodge has its own security-guarded parking lot for Mountain Lodge guests. Snowshoe is in the middle of nowhere. Plan ahead and bring anything you might need. There is a small general store a short walk across the parking lot, where you will be able to purchase some groceries. There is a Dollar General at the bottom of the Snowshoe Mountain about 10 to 15 minute drive. The full size grocery store and liquor store is a little over 30 minutes away from Mountain Lodge in Marlinton.

Cell service is limited due to the mountainous terrain. AT&T is the best service provider. Verizon service is limited in the area, but generally available in the village.

The Lodge offers a spacious lobby with a large stone fireplace that is a perfect location for family fun. ML features a skating rink with artificial ice in the atrium area; a game room offering over 30 video games and amusements and a children's play area. Tickets for ice skating and the playground can be purchased online or at the front desk.
The guest service desk is open 24 hours in season to serve you with, retail items, and area information.

Mountain Lodge Guests are strictly prohibited from having animals of any kind in Mountain Lodge.

Smoking, vaping, any tobacco products or marijuana are strictly prohibited anywhere in Mountain Lodge or within 25 feet of the building. This includes no smoking vaping or marijuana on the decks. Bikes are not allowed in the building. Storage for bikes is available in the shed in our parking lot. Visit the front desk for details.

The cleaning fee includes an initial set-up of linens, towels, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dish soap, and bath soap. Replacements and/or additional supplies are available for a fee at the front desk.

Snowshoe is the island in the sky. The village is at the top of the mountain. Mountain Lodge provides a truly unique ski in and ski out experience. You can wake up in the morning and grab your skis, take a few steps to the slope, and ski down the mountain without first riding the lift. You can walk to the village to experience dining, shopping, and a fun atmosphere.

Our condo has its own free dedicated internet in the condo with wireless router so you don't have to worry about the strength of the Mountain Lodge wi-fi. You will have your own private router for easy connections to all your family's devices.
There is a phone in the condo, which allows free long distance to the continental US and Canada.
